Barack Hussein Obama, the 44rth President of the United States, was born into this world because his parents were students of the Russian language. That is to say, his parents first met in a Russian class. His father was an African socialist. His mother was an American socialist (or so her biography suggests). Why were they studying Russian?Read more
Centrist n., A person who stays too close to the double yellow line and gets run over by traffic going both ways.
Communist n., A hominid species consisting of two subspecies: (1) Homo stultus utilis and (2) Homo politicus homicidam. The latter lives parasitically off the gullibility of the former, producing detrimental effects on the society of Homo sapiens sapiens. The life cycle of Homo politicus homicidam has three phases: (1) the pre-revolutionary subversive phase, in which it pretends to be democratic and concerned with poverty and injustice; and (2) the revolutionary phase in which total political control is consolidated through mass murder, mass brainwashing and universal impoverishment; (3) the phase of controlled liberalization in which the ruling Communist Party hides its political supremacy behind a mask of liberal reforms and international friendliness calculated to deceive the rest of the world into disarmament.Read more
The protests in Hong Kong began as an anti-extradition protest. Initially the anti-communist Chinese supported the protest. But the protests have turned violent, with more than 24 policeman injured. Hong Kong government buildings have been assailed with petrol bombs. Shopping malls have also come under attack, and it is difficult to see why — unless the protests are under Chinese Communist direction.Read more
Many will not believe the truth. But here it is: The ruling clique in Russia is not nationalist. Real nationalist groups are persecuted in Russia. The leading political parties of the country are led by apparatchiks; that is to say, by “Soviet” persons.
A famous KGB defector once suggested that Russia’s political parties are mere branches of the Communist Party, separated into sub-units to give the appearance of a democracy. If a truly independent party appeared in Russia the communists and their friends (who still control state security) would quickly infiltrate and take possession of it.
What we see today in Russia is a classic Soviet-style deception. The proof of this deception may be found in Putin’s pro-Communist speech at the World Festival of Youth and Students in 2017, held in Sochi. Putin plainly stated his support for the young communists, saying they represent the future and he is behind them.Read more
—And I saw a great sadness descend on mankind. The best grew weary of their works. A doctrine appeared, accompanied by faith: ‘All is empty, all is one, all is past!’ And from all the hills it echoed: ‘All is empty, all is one, all is past!’ Indeed we have harvested: but why did all our fruit turn rotten and brown? What fell down from the evil moon last night? In vain was all our work; our wine has turned to poison; an evil eye has seared our fields and hearts. We have all become dry…. All our wells have dried up; even the sea has withdrawn. All the soil would crack, but the depth refuses to devour. ‘Alas, where is there still a sea in which one might drown?’ Thus are we wailing across shallow swamps.
— Friedrich Nietzsche, Thus Spake Zarathustra

Our great shame — the shame of the present generation — is how we have been fooled: first, by the supposed collapse of communism; second, by our tolerance for the promises of socialist politicians who deny they are socialists; and third, into tolerating a bogus set of claims that should have been struck down as madness— like today’s gender and race obsession, like the politics of climate change, like our culture’s romance with the homosexual and the transsexual. It is, as Nietzsche intuited, a shallow swamp in which we hear the refrain, “Everything is empty, everything is one, everything is past.” It is the crisis of European nihilism.
When the Soviet Union somehow vanished, we were told that communist subversion was a thing of the past. Then we elected communists domestically, though these people denied their Marxism and hid their subversive connections — some of us weren’t fooled. But the public would not hear our warning. Socialism is advancing steadily, with an accelerating pace, insistently, militantly, with fang and claw at the ready. We are now locked into socialized medicine, which corrupts good medicine. The tax burden of “free” healthcare will effectively crowd out defense spending. No one dares to oppose tax money for grandma’s surgeries (though socialized medicine is more likely to kill grandma than save her). For our compassion: say goodbye to carrier battlegroups, tank divisions and air wings. We don’t need them anyway, right? The threat of totalitarian socialism ended in 1991.Read more
Claire Berlinski has written another book, which she intends to serialize on her blog/newsletter — found at the following address:
I will be following Claire’s work with comments and asides, posted as the occasion warrants. It’s rare to find someone like Claire, who is working through “big picture” questions in an entertaining way. She keeps the reader guessing as to her final destination. Perhaps she does not know herself.
After three installments on the question of democracy’s survival, i cannot resist commenting. Readers are encouraged to read Claire’s essay on the question of democracy’s future — parts 1-3.
It is in Part 3 where she suggests “right wing” populism shares intellectual roots with fascism. That got me thinking. In what sense could this be true? If we understand fascism as the collectivist nationalism of Mussolini and Hitler, whatever could she mean?Read more
Chi Haotian was the defense minister of China from 1993-2003. He was also vice chairman of the Chinese Communist Party’s Central Military Commission. He delivered the following speech to a select group of high level party cadres.
As explained in Gen. Chi’s speech, the Chinese Communist Party’s intention is to militarily defeat, occupy, and colonize the United States. This plan has been confirmed by a Russian defector source who worked in China and had information about a joint Sino-Russian plan to invade North America. This plan was drawn up in 1992, after the fall of the Soviet Union. The division of spoils was described thus: “Russia would get Alaska and parts of Canada. China would get the lower 48 states, with other countries invited in for ‘looting rights.’”
The speech was translated into English and first published by the Epoch Times in 2005.
I’m very excited today, because the large-scale online survey sina.com that was done for us showed that our next generation is quite promising and our party’s cause will be carried on. In answering the question, “Will you shoot at women, children and prisoners of war,” more than 80 percent of the respondents answered in the affirmative, exceeding by far our expectations.Read more
