Will NATO Rearm While Russia Makes Peace?

“My plea here is, if you have children or grandchildren, I think our way of life should be preserved … so we have to prioritize defense.”

-Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte

How to understand Mark Rutte’s sudden call for a NATO military buildup? After 1991 almost everyone believed the threat from Moscow was over. Some of us knew, of course, that Moscow still wanted Europe, that Moscow had a long-range strategy. Evidence has piled up in recent years that the KGB and underground CPSU apparatus maintained control of many post-Soviet governments and economies into the 1990s and beyond. And then there are the secret communist structures left behind in every Warsaw Pact country. Nobody ever mentions this, or puts two and two together.

It is no small thing, as well, that Russian President Boris Yeltsin met with Bill Clinton in late 1999 and asked Clinton to “give Europe to Russia.” This conversation was only declassified a few years ago, and it tells us why Russia gave up the Warsaw Pact in the first place. (And who even noticed this incredible bit of conversation between the Russian president and his American counterpart?)

The Russian idea was to end the Cold War and provoke the West into disarming, into living a carefree life. The Russian strategists thought that if they pulled out of Europe the Americans would go back across the Atlantic and stop building nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, the Russians would continue building new classes of nuclear weapons and missiles, together with the Chinese. Later, when Russia resumed the Cold War, Kremlin troops could “enter Europe” easily. The Americans, snug on the other side of the Atlantic, would be reluctant to go back into Europe.

As it happened, of course, the West stopped making nuclear weapons. However, NATO did not dissolve. The Americans did not leave Europe. Of course, military budgets were neglected throughout the free world; and the so-called war against terror caused a tremendous wastage, a tremendous expenditure of conventional resources. At the same time, Western companies poured money and technology into China while Russia kept much of the USSR’s nuclear arsenal intact. And when Putin started revitalizing Russia’s arms industries, and launched an incursion into Georgia, most NATO countries shrugged. No serious military preparations were made. When Ukraine threw out its Russian puppet government in 2014, in the Revolution of Dignity, Russia annexed Crimea and invaded Donbas. Yet Europe still did not begin rearmament. In fact, President Obama mocked Russia as a “regional power.”

Then, in 2022, Russia opened a fullscale invasion of Ukraine. That was almost three years ago; but even then, NATO did not use the time to rearm. So why is NATO’s general secretary finally sounding the alarm? What intelligence information has him so worried? “We are not ready for what is coming our way in four to five years,” Rutte said.

This begs a question: What is coming in four or five years? Where does this projection come from? In a recent conversation with a retired U.S. four star general, I learned that Russia and China will reach peak strength relative to the West in four or five years. I believe this fact, with all its devastating implications, forms the basis of Rutte’s projection.

How does the West close the gap? The answer is obvious. Europe’s economy is larger than America’s, yet they spend much less on defense. President-elect Trump says this must change. In relation to this, General Secretary Rutte said, “Donald Trump was completely right when in his first term he forced us to spend more….”

Meanwhile the war in Ukraine is not over. Russia is dramatically increasing its defense spending while North Korea has joined the fight. Will there be peace talks next year? Five days ago the Kremlin reacted to Trump’s call for peace talks. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, “Our position on Ukraine is well known; the conditions for an immediate stop of hostilities were set out by President Putin in his speech to the Russian foreign Ministry in June of this year. It is important to recall that it was Ukraine that refused and continues to refuse negotiations.”

Here is the core of Putin’s speech on 14 June 2024:

“…the world is changing rapidly. Global politics, the economy, and technological competition will never be the same as before…. The countries of the global South and East are gaining prominence, and the role of Africa and Latin America is growning. Since Soviet times, we have always acknowledged the importance of these regions, but today the dynamics have completely shifted…. The pace of transformation in Eurasia … has also accelerated significantly.

“This new political and economic reality now serves as the foundation for the emerging multipolar and multilateral world order, and this is an inevitable process. It reflects the cultural and civilizations diversity that is inherently part of humanity, despite all attempts at artifical unification.

“These profound, system-wide changes certainly inspire optimism and hope because the establishment of multipolarity and multilateralism in international affairs, including respect for international law and broad representation, make it possible to resolve the most complex problems together for the common benefit, and to build mutually beneficial relations and cooperation between sovereign states for the sake of well-being and security of peoples.

“Such a vision for the future aligns with the aspirations of the vast majority of countries. This is evident … in the work of … BRICS…. Under the Russian chairmanship this year, we will facilitate the smooth inclusion of new BRICS members in the associations working bodies.

[Blah, blah, blah…. “The potential of BRICS,” blah….]

“…the crisis involving Ukraine is not a conflict between two states or peoples stemming from issues between them. If that were the case, there is no doubt that Russians and Ukrainians, united by a shared history and culture … would have found a fair resolution to any disputes and disagreements.”

[Putin tells his version of the Ukraine conflict. Then Putin claims the Bucha massacre was a “provocation.”]

“I repeat our firm stance: Ukraine should adopt a neutral, non-aligned status, be nuclear-free, and undergo demilitarization and denazification. These paramenters were broadly agreed upon during the Istanbul negotiations in 2022, including specific details on demilitarization….

“Certainly, the rights, freedoms, and interests of Russian-speaking citizens in Ukraine must be fully protected. The new territorial realities, including the status of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, and Lugansk people’s republics, Kherson, and Zaporozheye regions as part of the Russian Federation, should be acknowledged. These foundational principles need to be formalized through fundamental international agreements in the future. Naturally, this entails the removal of all Western sanctions against Russia as well.”

Denazification is the Kremlin’s code language for a total Ukrainian surrender. To propose this is insulting to the Ukrainians. Has Trump gotten Putin to soften his position? Dmitry Peskov says no.

Perhaps there will be no peace talks after all.

  1. Has anyone considered yet that even the raise to power of Zelensky might be an communist active measure?
Blue printing his political carrier with an emotional and silly TV show that has he himself as the principal character?!
A TV show produced by an Oligarch, who seems to have experimented in the 80’s soviet empire with using American style popular culture to influence populations…

The leaps in weapons technology, war strategies and fighting tactics Ukraine is currently taking, might be in the calculus of the dark communist HQ, that does not care which personalities / players are out on the field.
They might expect, if not doing so already, to profit from the knowledge and experience Ukrainians are accumulating.

    1. Addendum:
Anders Puck Nielsen argues, that Russia does not need a victory on the battlefield (occupying all Ukrainian territory for example) to win the conflict. Russia, according to him, needs to make sure that politically, socially economically Ukraine can not escape Moscow’s sphere of influence.
      (His argumentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhpoNL1gZbw&amp😉

If Moscow manages to leave Ukrainians in a condition, where they can not rely on the West to support them, they will have to accept all kind of influences from Moscow.

The west idolizing “brave Ukrainians fighting for their independence”, thus imagining them stronger, than they are might play into the hands of Moscow.

After all, Ukrainians and Russians are culturally and historically close. Not in the sense of some makeshift fairy tale, but based on real life experience. Ukrainians are closer to the Russian mindset, soul sentiment, or how one could call it, than to the German one for example.

To have a real cultural, social, economic bond between the West and Ukraine would need a conscious sustained effort.

The gravitation towards the power centers of the East happens in the socio-cultural realities of Ukraine more naturally I would suspect, than an alignment with Western ones.

This is not to diminish the sacrifice taken by Ukrainians to stand up against tyranny. Hopefully their will to ensure their freedom alone can bring about a better future for them and their children.
Maybe individual effort can prove a stronger force than geopolitical projections.

      1. No one has ever considered the possibility of Zelenskyy being a communist agent. I have been considering that possibility for a long time. There was a footage of Russian drone monitoring Zelenskyy meeting with EU leaders which he was very vulnerable. Russia decided not to kill him. This has also raised my suspiscion.

At the same time, Russia massively pushed a disinformation campaign to push out General Zaluzhnyi from his position to put the more pro-Soviet guy named Syrskyi in the position – his family is largely in Russia and very pro-Soviet. Syrskyi was the guy enabling the Russian meat-grinder propaganda into reality with Ukrainians suffering massive casualities. General Zaluzhnyi was completely against such strategy and preferred long-term guerilla warfare. Syrskyi could be the replacement for Zelenskyy once Russia wins the Ukraine War.

Variables in Ukraine make me thinking that Russia is pursuing something beyond mundane military victory. In fact, I see that they’re implementing theories of Gramsci into action with propaganda and disinformation that seek to ultimately alter Ukrainian psyche. Russia really needs the population of Ukraine to replenish its own.

@Xeno Man I am more inclined to believe that the patriotic Ukrainians are to be massacred before the Russians take over their ‘traditional territory’ in order to continue the march westward. Whether Zelensky is a puppet – in his early days he was very reminiscent of Beppe Grillo and his Movimento 5 Stelle and many saw him as an important Russian puppet – is immediately confirmed as true by some Ukrainian refugees who are not prepared to fight for their country and are happy to give the Russians the most important regions of Ukraine in return for being able to return home. I think that within this decade we will find out who all are and were willing helpers in carrying world communism over the finish line.

        1. I think the acceptance of Zelensky by Ukranian patriots who stayed and fought for their country, carries a lot more weight than what those who fled the country and would be happy to give some of it to Russia say.

      3. Interesting.

Well, I think when it comes to communism, you have the narcissists and you have the psychopaths. The psychopaths have a control upper hand on the narcissists because the narcissist’s weakness is to compare people with souls and those without, feeling more comfortable and subservient to the psychopathics. Of course there might be a limit to that, which is when the psychopath relies on an army of illiterate thugs while the narcissist is more political, a sort of cult leader comfortable manipulating intelligent people and turning them into his flying monkeys.

    2. It would be the most extraordinary deception of all — hardly conceivable. It would have been much easier just to integrate Ukraine into the new USSR and double up on NATO. But history tells a more complex story. Moscow really does want to kill that leading Ukrainian oligarch in Dnipro. It must smash Ukraine.

      1. @Jeff Nyquist: Yes, I suspect the nature of this war is for Russia to exterminate the leading Ukrainian oligarchs (former communists) who abandon world communism. Anatoliy Golitsyn was an Ukrainian who revealed the most powerful truth of all times. It was always an Ukrainian betraying or causing damages to the communist cause. Russia doesn’t want another Golitsyn to rise from Ukraine again!

Russia’s goals in Ukraine have two folds – extermination of rebellious Ukrainians and pacification of Ukrainian population into communism through mixed marriages with Asians (North Koreans to Chinese/Vietnamese) and Muslims.

      2. Birgit Naujeck Avatar

Jeff, neither credible nor imaginable. And yet it also gnaws at me that the Russians need a fierce fight – just to get their own troops going – in order to put their wooden puppet on the throne in a peace on Russia’s terms (Crimea and the occupied Ukrainian territories). With all the scissor strategy, subversion and disinformation, I too find it difficult to find a spark of truth.

        1. The Russians have the deceptive arts completely mastered. But these arts are of a criminal type, sinister and contrary to good society. Their own art undermines them, sapping societal morale and productivity, demoralizing the populous. They are their own worst enemy.

Ukraine, especially western part, are 3 formerly Catholic nationalities – Polish, Slovak and partly Hungarian, which peoples were all sold out to Stalin by the communist friendly Churchill and Roosevelt at Yalta – that is where it all began, the appeasement of communist criminals by the western perverted concept of “cooperation” with this atheistic communist evil.

So Western Ukraine still has this Catholic mentality, most of all Polish and Slovak, perhaps even Romanian in the SW corner, near Moldova (which was formerly part of Romania and they speak the same language).

This is why Moscow hates Ukrainians (especially those of Polish, Slovak and Romanian-Hungarian background), as they don’t have in them the Asian Cossack type ruthless mentality as Russians are (and it is truly deadly when mixed with their militant atheistic communism), and they are (Ukrainians) mostly very pleasant and peaceful people, but the Russian communist terror has perverted most of these Eastern European nations and made them the more susceptible for the destruction of their soul and national identity, as Ukraine now is…and this Kremlin atheistic criminal Mafia will not hesitate to push the nuclear button if necessary, because Ukraine and its inherent anti-Russian mentality is not desirable for the Moscow henchmen of evil, the devil plays many schemes but to allow (although now only formerly) Catholic mentality to coexist with their “vision of communist peace” is definitely NOT one of them.

        1. The “communist friendly Churchill.” Oh please. Go read Churchill’s biography with greater attention. He gave the Fulton Missouri Speech. He stood at the forefront of opposing communism. But during the war, Britain’s survival depended on Stalin and Hitler not kissing and making up.

      5. CONCERNED Avatar
        CONCERNED

Mr. Nyquist, to sell 40 plus million by then still free people to the Bolshevik tyrant and murderer Stalin does NOT have any excuse in history, it is a complete betrayal of moral principles of justice and serves the Russian communist cause – because the land they stole from Poland, Czechoslovakia and Romania was a vast territory, if you look at the map.

Churchill sold the Poles to Stalin, that with one signature at Yalta, and then threatened the Polish PM Mikolaiczyk that Churchill would for future deal with the communists in that illegitimate government they formed instead of the true Polish government.

Churchill made speeches about what the situation is regarding communism, so WHAT ?

It is the deeds that matter, what he had done, and for this evil and betrayal of Poland etc., there is no excuse in history, none !

Moreover, Stalin by gaining that much of territory got open door to Romania, because he stole the part of Eastern Slovakia, so then Russia had from that moment border with Romania also and stole what is now called Moldova.

Churchill and Roosevelt both betrayed Poland etc, and yes, both countries could have fought Hitler without the help of Stalin, limiting that murderer and tyrant to Russian borders and not allowing him to proceed any further – and since they allowed Stalin to be equal to the free countries, Europe and the US are now reaping the evil fruits of it, with people as Biden and so on and the pro-communist policies, which are obviously inadequate to what they should be – in terms on national security.

        1. No excuse? How about fighting a war of survival against Hitler. But you do not allow this? Strategic necessity is necessity after all.

      6. @CONCERNED:

I can not speak for Polish or Hungarian people, though having close Slovakian relations as well as Italian ones it is for me quite hard to follow your assesment regarding benefits of a catholic mindset.
Granted, catholicism is not communism, yet it can become quite oppresive too. Not under the slogan “the state above all”, but the notion “church and family above all” can become all too prevailing and stamp out individual impulses and expression painfully.

How much happier, fullfilling and more productive life is under a pragmatic protestant mindset of “everyone is the master of his own destiny”!

Maybe a question of taste or personal disposition. Make of it what you will.

By the way: Most Slovaks I know would lose their kindred temper and become uncomfotably iritated at the suggestion they have something in common with Hungarians.

To be sure, the Marxist bucks start in Russia but also stop in Russia and with Stalin. Intuitively they appropriate the thing in order to control it or to not have to pay any attention to it. In a way Karl Marx’s rant against the bourgeois belies his craving for belonging to the immature bourgeois milieu because he shares a lot of the mentality he attacks – the type treating time honored shamanic like rituals/traditions like hunting as a hobby to take from a shelf like a game of backgammon for kids. Western Marxists are not serious. In Russia they developed the Nomenclatura for conscious pragmatic reasons, making the investment in communism writ large outside it Potemkin, taking the Potemkin from village size to mega national/imperial fakery scam, whereas out west leftists are hypocrites.

I see Zelensky actually more realistic than a corrupt and Orwelian Chamberlain patsy. The latter actively denied and covered up aggression, almost to the point of even starting hostilities with Hitler so long such would be covered up and not embarrass Chamberlain and British appearances of propriety. This is often seen in liberal cities which day in day out keep this scotom going of avoiding acknowledging there is black on black obscene out of control violence and genocide even, gladly disarming and counting on police and abortion clinics to hide the reality. It is taking the form of human sacrifice as means to delay eventual punishment, a blackmail stranglehold of keeping nonsense going in a corner on promise it not make itself the main religion that would drive business out completely.

Ukrainians are not like Russians, the latter being rubes for whom ignominies are not something to be concerned about as a form of empowerment over those who would. Once a leader agrees with his people, as Zelensky did, to call a spade a spade, and to be concerned with calling a spade a spade, a loyalty bond is established.

Note however how the Chamberlainesque Europe is not as bonded in that way with its own people full of migrants with other agenda, concerns and even cultural non-concerns similar to Russian blanket non-concerns, and its elite of mythomaniacal woke leftists… Alternatively, adopting a corrupt peace language or rhetorical container made of naive diplomacy can only further terrorism despite the best most loyal leader out there, because the best who gets scammed only but once is the least.

As much as a priest would encourage on a death bed the repent of a king, the “communist” would encourage the dying to swallow and embrace a scam at the last minute. Would that make the senile old man dying a communist for betraying and undoing it all? This is the rhetorical language addition game communists play, discarding everything an Eisenhower would be and then retaining for future reference something about a “militaro-industrial” complex.

Ok, so, generals retire or officers quit to get hired by big defense companies, but this hides the fact that many more fighter pilots quit to drive the school bus in airlines! This is not quite like it in Russia/Soviets where each civilian and airline pilot belongs to the military when all is said and done, much like the Chinese communist party deems anyone with “slanted eyes” to owe loyalty to the party.

Discernment is not for the feminine Alex Jones just as it is not for adolescent girls accusing their own father of being shady car salesman as reason to ignore or even shack up with a drug dealer Putin, doing friendly interviews with him.

And so it seems that there is a perversion in the media, politics, prosecutorial fundings etc… meant to retain only certain rhetoric, actions and elections as permanent and treating others as temporary or as for the birds and only meant to be temporary.

In effect Marx coded this when he said capitalism would breakdown society enough to make socialism possible. This is massive cynicism implicating that whatever breakdown occured, it could not be fixed or reremembered in a capitalistic society. And it also implies that everything is temporary but degradation to socialism is permament and thus for the more serious people.

This is highly depressing and suicidal pact with logicality and determinism, trapping science and blackmailing science to stay stuck on stupid. I know that because one of the means of societal treatment is to make the irrational look rational, and, in order to reverse that, make the rational look irrational, or, that is, presented as irrational, in order to be appealing. People actually go to Fortune tellers in order to learn the truth that they have been in denial about, if the Fortune teller has enough intuitive soul to right a societal wrong (after all, they want to keep their client healthy enough to keep coming back alive).

Karl Marx’s bottom line evil is to demoralize, and socialism is not at all a hope for humanity in his eyes, but the demoralized resigned prison like lot that should be embraced. And we see that with every leftist for whom the world is doomed and there is nothing to do about it and yet keep opening their mouths about global warming and socialist solutions, when, at the bottom they have zero such expectation if unconsciously they have the dark rantings of Papa Marx in their heads combined with the sort of cynicism which rejects any willingness to consider an alternative viewpoint or parenting to be adopted by after such neglect.

I don’t know about the inference of toxic masculinity regarding handicaps or permanent faults in the gender, but toxic ideologicality and toxic Marxism is certainly pathogenic as fully designed poison with intent to suicide/murder.

As much as a Zelensky could be vulnerable to communism, right now he is a rampart against some obvious toxic pathogen coming from Russia most obviously, and more visibly so than, say, the Germans, who seem to have not cured themselves from an apathy and world political discernment outside their localist minded schizophrenia.

Russia has been boasting its war gains in many military exhibitions so far. They probably obtain all our latest schematics stolen from our labs and our military hardwares in Ukraine to compare and contrast with those schematics. The communists have to thank Israel for this (refer to my other post for sources).

Russia was marching around Kiev and suddenly stopped to pull back. If you have witnessed how Russia conducted Chechen Wars, then you could realize that Russia doesn’t tolerate opposing leaders surviving. Russia could have literally capture or assassinated all leaders in Ukraine around 2014 or Kiev’s invasion of 2022 but they stopped over some economic deals related to grains. Russia even flew a drone that detected Zelenskyy meeting with EU leaders but again Russia didn’t blow him up, unlike what they used to do in Chechen Wars.

I don’t quite understand that some people don’t have at least a suspicion on Zelenskyy because his rise is very strange. I don’t accuse him of being a Russian puppet but he does deserved my suspicion until proven innocence, given his pro-Russia past.

Zelenskyy, the man who strong armed a reluctant EU and USA into giving him support (look what pussies the Biden administration were to provide anything, they had to be pushed and prodded even as they pretended the opposite), secured the moral high ground, masterminded propaganda to save Ukraine’s morale from plummeting (like 80% of Ukrainians today expect to win… and they’re right. I am using the word “propaganda” without the connotation of deception), has fought corruption and has kept his country from drowning since the 2022 is secretly a Communist agent?

      Yeah… no. Calm down dude.

      1. I like your thinking, Richard.

      2. Despite my provocative question, I would not suggest that Zelensky is an agent of communism in his actions as commander in chief. His raise to power is rather odd to my understanding, but then, if he lives up to the responsibilities he has taken on, and delivers a decisive blow to the communist criminals, it might not matter anymore.

I do prefer to look at him as being some sort of modern day Jeanne d’Arc, driven by providence of Faith, rather than being a spooky con artist.

As Jeff has said plainly in a comment below: The Lord is good.

When I look around the world at the moment, I don’t get scared, I get sick. We have just witnessed one of the best orchestrated regime changes of our time in Syria. With the HTS, one of the many russian octopus arms has been installed. We should never forget that the current self-proclaimed ruler, who has already taken refuge in the ‘role of president’, was once sent to Syria by the IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi (who had received military and ideological training in Russia), in order to destabilise the country towards a refugee crisis in 2015. As far as I know, the USA has offered a bounty of 10 million US dollars for the capture of this terrorist – the butcher known by the battle name Abu Mohammad al-Julani now goes by his real name Ahmed Hussein al-Sharaa again – and is already seen by the West as a saviour (even though no state in the world has yet recognised this new Syrian regime).

Russia is handing over Syria to its accomplice and turning its attention to Libya and Sudan, expanding its military facilities there and drastically worsening its operations to the detriment not only of the local population but of the entire world. What the Russians are currently doing in Somalia and Ethiopia with Turkish support, i.e. what goal they are pursuing (Ethiopia is to gain access to the Red Sea) is not really clear to me yet, as I can find little information about Jubbaland.

And the Chinese continue to move through South America, trying to influence their ‘allies’ to sever their diplomatic ties with Taiwan. Paraguay, one of the Republic of China’s official diplomatic allies, expelled the People’s Republic of China’s envoy to Latin America, Xu Wei, after he addressed the country’s Congress and called on Paraguay to sever its ties with Taiwan.

In Uruguay, the socialists have been re-elected; will they just eat away at the wealth the conservatives have just created or will they once again throw themselves bloodthirstily at the people?

The businessman and future US President Donald Trump appears to have already offered various deals to the Russians and Ukrainians (rumour has it that Trump and Selenskiy held talks to this effect in Paris), which may put the current war on hold for the time being. However, the information on this is very thin and opaque.

@Birgit Naujeck: Exactly. I fear the regime change in Syria is no different from the fake Soviet defeat in Afghanistan that paved the way for Soviets to control Taliban now.

There are already many signs telling us how Syria will be another Communist stronghold soon.

First thing, we have to solidify our position on Israel which has been acting on the interest of Russia. Keep in mind that Israel is the only Western country doesn’t restrict visa travels for Russia and fully impose Western sanctions on Russia. My sources are more on Netanyahu who has been very Russophile and probably a hidden communist.

      2. Lenin have said that communists have to step two steps ahead and take one step back to win. Victory for the communists is always advancing ahead even if it is slow or taking a single setback. Nevertheless, the communists continue to advance with no problem. The West never seems to realize this fact.

        1. It is probably edited by someone clever to look like that. They probably took video from two events to make this.

      2. Zelenskyy also praised Russia when draft dodging in 2015.

I am afraid that we have been bamboozled by communist deception again! Ukraine War is controlled by communists.

        1. Xeno man, come on. Zelenskyy is doing a satire on Russia. He is mocking Russia as a “free country,” ha ha ha. And he is probably doing that in a studio with the Kremlin as backdrop. If you post this deceptive material again, where you misprepresent what you are posting, I am going to kick you off this site for being a Russian troll. I’m not kidding. I’ve had enough of you. You are either stupid, or you are purposing dropping poison here. Get smart or get out.

        2. Xeno Man, you sure seem eager to write Ukraine off as part of some sort of Communist deceptive operation.

That’s a mighty big leap to go from that video of Zelensky -which is pretty ambiguous- to saying the Ukraine War is controlled by Communists.

Such a big leap, it made me think of the song about Old Slew Foot -“Runnin’ 90 miles an hour, takin’ 30 feet a jump.”

I have always thought you are a troll, and still do.

Zelenskiy was also performing on private concerts with all kinds of dignitaries, including Putin. Putin can’t take him seriously. I don’t think he is an agent though. I think he is an easily manipulated asset. He tries to get out of his role of somebody who is weak and not taken seriously. But he just ends up being rude with the Western leaders.

        1. Valentina, surely you know better. Some of these videos are composits taken out of context, and jokes of various kinds. Or propaganda. Let’s stop being unfair to Zelenskyy.

          1. For what it’s worth, I decided some time ago, that I was obliged to defer to the judgement of Ukranians who have remained and fought for their country, on the subject of Zelenskey.

I don’t think they would have tolerated a traitor for a leader during this fight for their lives, when they wouldn’t tolerate one during peaceful times.

          2. Very important point.

There is one more of Zelenskiy’s connection to Russia. He was producing several movies together with Russians, and one TV series, called “Свати” (In-Laws). It is impossible to watch because the humor is too primitive even for kindergarten. But significant detail is that it shows two families, united through the marriage of their children. Russian family is educated and Ukrainians are simpletons. And these two families have a joint venture. They temporarily took over a resort and called it “USSR”. This was in Crimea, people spoke Russian. The decorations in this resort were portraits of Lenin on the wall and small red flags on the dining tables instead of flowers. This particular 4th season came out in 2010. Even after his election in 2019 Zelensky received millions of dollars from Russia in royalties when these series were shown on Russian TV. This is a link to the 4th season if you want to see it for yourself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzuXLzCmops

@Xeno Man I still think though that Zelenskiy is just a useful idiot rather than agent. Whatever he did and said pro-Russian and anti-Ukrainian before, was something half of Ukrainians would do. Only after beginning of war many people woke up to Russian propaganda that was always there, but nobody paid much attention to it. He is a puppet in the hands of masterful players. They know his buttons, which are many, and he is not an intellectual in any sense.

      7. Zelesnkyy is a native Russian-speaking Ukrainian. He has entertained in many countries where Russian is spoken. It is a not a crime. It is not proof of anything. He was a comedian. He was non-political. It was only later, with his interest in doing the People’s Servant TV show, that he really become political. He came to feel passionately about the Russian interference in his country, and did standup comedy routines after the Euromaidan Revolution which satirized Russian anti-Ukrainian propaganda. These routines were funny, and they were politcally pointed. I have to say, I was impressed by Zelenskyy’s use of gentle humor. He had this routine where he read a letter from a deluded Russian in Moscow written to a Ukrainian relative. It was hilarious when the Russian asked his Ukrainean cousin about the Nazis in Ukraine, and all the persecution against Russian speakers. The Ukrainian audience roared with laughter at as he ridiculed this nonsense. It was perfect satire, wonderfully exaggerated. You have to understand how people feel, despite what they have been, or where they grew up. Events carry them along. Events remake individuals and societies. The Euromaidan Revolution remade Ukraine, and Putin’s aggression wants to unmake it. Don’t go around prematurely attacking Zelenskyy as a Russian agent unless you know this man’s history and his work in detail. Please.

      8. @Jeff Nyquist: I don’t misrepresent anything here. I merely present the facts and my suspicion. If you feel uneasy, then feel free to correct in a cordial manner. Unlike paranoia, I am healthily skeptical about everyone. You should also develop this mindset of vigilance to guard against deceptive communists.

Keep in mind that I suspect Zelenskyy not prosecuting him here.

        1. For merely suspecting him, you sure have made some conclusive statements about him.

          1. If Zelenskyy was a traitor he would have demoralized Ukraine but instead the country survived against all odds.

          2. Exactly right.

        2. You did misrepresent an anti-Russian video by Zekenskyy as pro-Russian, and this very annoying that I have to correct you. If you cannot detect satire, then you have no business criticizing a comedian.

No, Jeff, it is not a piece of editing – this is the New Year’s Eve video from 2013 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sx9Rdhttkno. The only thing that is bizarre, or rather surreal, about the video is that more than 10 years ago, the time was different. Zelensky was in the entertainment business and his audience included today’s enemy.

        1. Yes, we ought to remember that Ukraine and Russia were on a more friendly basis when Russia’s puppet was president in Ukraine.

  3. @Birgit, the comparison with Beppe Grillo is very interesting. I was thinking about it as well. i don’t know if you know but Beppe Grillo started this new party in Italy, the 5 Stars Movement which at the beginning was focused especially on enviromental topics and a “happy economic decrease”. His party was the first one who implemented the Covid lockdown in Europe. Zelensky

@Giacomo Beppe Grillo and his movement were basically quickly seen through because they came up with the relevant issues and Marxist-Leninist language (it sounds much nicer in Italian than in German) poured out of every corner of their mouths. At the beginning I saw Zelenskyj more as a puppet and I was not sure which side he belonged to. He has developed as a person during his time as president, learned from many mistakes and, in my opinion, is now very down-to-earth for his country, Ukraine.

I have a lot of hopes for the investigation of how US aid was spent in Ukraine. I hope the findings will be public and it is not just a threat to make Zelensky more cooperative. The mismanagement of funds was huge. Biden was happily ignoring this mismanagement (which is a softer word for related crimes), but Trump will not. I am saying this as a patriot of Ukraine. We could have won with a better leader leading our country. On the other side if Russia was obviously losing they could escalate to nuclear. I don’t know what is best. CONCERNED

This is an interesting point about Zelenskiy, and of importance, because such artist circles were mostly communist agents run and KGB controlled and so for the Russians to create an artificial conflict which would lure the US and NATO into it is not a totally inconceivable scheme, one, if they are careful, it could be pulled off very efficiently and with great results for the communist cause and military strategy – and when a careful look is given to what these communist assets, including the long-term KGB one in the WH now are doing, and how they were carefully promoting the military drainage of US military hardware into Ukraine, when at the same time Biden was active in depleting the national oil reserve and such like devastating measures, including the border invasion of (no doubt) vast number of communist military assets into the US, all that plays a major role in this evidently long-term KGB/GRU strategy of communist worldwide domination.

What Putin is saying in that speech is important – it outlines the overall intent of committed communist criminals to take over the world, by “unifying the nations” in the Russian communist “vision of peace and cooperation” – slogans of this kind were oftentimes used by Brezhnev and Khrushchev and so on, so Putin only follows his predecessors in this communist struggle for worldwide communist domination.

Of course their target is the US and NATO, and to weaken it so much and have always a committed communist asset inside these leading circles as the WH and NATO, where is pro-communist policies of destruction can thus be hatched and implemented, so that this kind of controlled opposition serves its purpose most efficiently for the Kremlin communist criminal Mafia.

In truth the angle of this Ukraine conflict, although there is significant destruction visible to Ukraine and its military, the overall picture to create has Moscow engaged in the test of its own strategy and its successful accomplishment – that is to demoralize the enemy and its population, to get people tired of hearing of wars and Ukraine, to make believe that “it is wrong to fight against these communist forces” (the KGB criminals leave out the term communist), and to maneuver the western mind to its hopeful path to even more blindness and, supported by their hedonistic allurements, such like people will no doubt be glad that all this fight against the Russian communist criminals, on part of this perhaps controlled opposition in Ukraine, is over by some Kremlin “promises of peace”, when the overall communist domination strategy remains intact.

Rutte is a very wrong choice for NATO secretary, he was a Dutch PM, a very bad one and he could easily be viewed as communist asset ordered by Moscow to play the controlled opposition, so that others, including Trump, may be able to play their part in this, and then the main weapon of the communists, SUBVERSION, gains that much more and remains unnoticed – because the institutional blindness is already achieved in the western governments and so no matter who sits inside the Ukraine and any other government and who remains presented as the anti-Russian (meaning anti-communist) opposition, when at the same Zelenskiy has said nothing about Putin’s KGB communist strategy of world domination, that of itself truly signals potential of communist coordinated deception again…and why not, it does always work, especially in these communist penetrated western circles when true analysis is avoided and the institutional blindness towards the true Kremlin intentions preferred…and promoted.

When these people finally realize how tragically wrong they were, when millions are murdered by the communists, and or evaporated in Russian and Chinese nuclear ICBM blasts, then of course it will be too late to do anything about it – it is the price of tolerating communist criminals inside the politics and government and inside any other sphere of public influence whatsoever – what serves the devil will not become saintly, who is evil will not prefer justice and truth either, and once a communist (nearly) always a communist !

Trusting Russian etc. communist “promises of peace” is not only idiotic nonsense, but in the results it is truly evil itself.

    1. Some anecdotal evidence to internal communist use of culture in their long term strategy:
A friend of mine was a student in Moscow in the late 60s. Coming from a modest upbringing with a lot of bleakness in the aftermath of the war he was, according to his own account, blessed with innocent naivete.
A well connected friend of his took him along to some cultural soirees where sons and daughters of the Moscow’s elite gathered. On stage they were acting out some kind of cabaret where life under communism was openly mocked and made fun of. My friend told me he was dumbfounded as he heard things being said any one outside this gathering would not have dared to utter fearing repressions and deportation. And he relied to me that only in the 90’s he came to see that already 30 years earlier the ruling classes in the communist system where being prepared for what was transpiring during Perestroika.

I had a little similar experience when as a teenager I went to Crimea to a pioneer summer camp. I was from suburbs of Kyiv, and kids from my area were very indoctrinated and reverent towards Lenin and ideology. But the kids from Moscow were saying nasty jokes about Lenin and his wife. It was a huge contrast and shock to me. Later I learned that people in Moscow and Russian Federation in general had far more freedom than any of the republics.

        1. Yes, I have heard that from many Russian and Ukrainian friends.

      2. This is very interesting. I have heard this before. Please give another example if you have one.

      3. This Russian friend was engaged in the 70’s and 80’s in a study group of a certain type of, let’s call it a western christian science (I could not hope to give a propper introduction of this school of thought here, so I have to leave it unspecified to avoid misunderstandings). They gathered to study texts (banned by the sovjet authorities) and received visitors from the west of sharing their interests. Their activities where closely monitored by the KGB. As the activities unfolded the members of the group had to endure regular interogations at the Lubjanka headquarters of the KGB. At one such occasion the grissly looking KGB operative balked at my friend with open aggression “What do you actually think you are doing!?”. He calmly responded “We study Christianity.” The servant of evil showed the most peculiar reaction: He lost all energy instantly, became pale and ended the session quickly.

Many years later, in the 90’s an official Russian branch of the society representing this school of thought was constitued in Moscow. My friend, although already alienated from the group itself by various cabals playing out between its members, attended the inaugeral meeting. Parked before the venue he spotted chareteristic black limousines with big antenas every one in Moscow knew to be used by the KGB. And in the gathering itself he had to witness that the spirit, in which he had experienced their work, had been driven out and their former enemies were now sitting among the founding members cooperating with the western representatives from the central branch.
No matter how hard it tried to convey to his friends in the west, that they were in grave danger of subversion, he found very few being perceptive to the possibility of such wickedness from the communists.

A conflict that is suppose to demoralize the NATO countries and strike fear at the end into their population, make the people tired of hearing about wars and so on, and with exaggerated or even fabricated facts that are not facts but controlled information and some of it Moscow deception.

Moscow doesn’t mind their own people to die in large numbers, the KGB Kremlin counts on using the nuclear power to destroy all who resist the communist cause at the end, Putin has no conscience nor any restraint to push the ICBM etc. button as he knows that without that communism wouldn’t have a chance, and subversion of countries continues and pro-communist policies and evil laws are being implemented worldwide.

So what one war in Ukraine will alter – nothing, even if there are thousands of dead Russian peasant soldiers, Moscow criminals are confident that they will sustain any price for their victory of Bolshevism – and, moreover, they will thus force their own people into more effort to cooperate in these communist wars, as fear of reprisals for disobedience to the state is the tool of the KGB criminals, always has been the tool.

And so it is not possible to analyze the situation from the western kind of point of view as that is diametrically different from the communist barbaric one, especially when Moscow KGB criminals are involved…they have killed their own people and the Communist Party members in thousand in Stalin’s purges and the Siberian Gulags, so what does it matter to them that that many soldiers are dead now in the war with Ukraine ? What counts is the ends, not the means to achieve them…the communist ends which means worldwide Russian communist tyrannical rule…

    3. This is where I part company with the ultra-paranoid school. Everyone of any importance, for Mr Concerned, is a communist agent. Trump is a communist agent. Zelensky is a communist agent, Pope John Paul was a communist agent. Probably Reagan was a communist agent in his view. Yet there is no proof positive that Trump or Zelensky or the others have been communist agents. Did you know that Christopher Story, the publisher of Golitsyn’s second book, called up Joe Farah at WorldNetDaily and accused ME of being a KGB agent! Can you imagine the arrogance, and the nerve, and the insanity of that? What kind of bungling idiot makes that kind of mistake? It’s so easy to rationalize that everyone, including the Man in the Moon, is a communist agent. Santa Claus wears a red suit and flies over the pole like a Russian bomber. He must be a communist too — and so it goes. This kind of thing makes us all look crazy. I hate it. To be clown is one thing, and to make people laugh — but to impersonate a cartoon or a caricature is grotesque. What I try to do, and what Trevor does, is examine the facts surrounding certain politicians. And you can pretty much figure out who the real little helpers of communism are. And on the right, I can see a vague outline of who they are. While anything could be the truth regarding President Trump, he certainly screwed up the Chinese and the Russians in several ways. He opposed the Russian gas pipeline to Germany. He got NATO to spend more on defense. He opened up the oil production, which hurt Russia badly. He made Saudi Arabia closer to us. He strengthened the U.S. economy and weakened the Chinese economy. He frustrated little Rocket man by refusing to make a deal after so much North Korea prestige was invested. What kind of an agent does that? Please! It makes no sense. You can make all the convoluted arguments you want, but you have no proof that he is a conscious communist agent. Undoubtely they have tried to influence him. Her first wife might have been used for this purpose. But this guy is not a traitor. He may be mistaken in a number of ways, but he is not purposely trying to sink the country. There are nuances here, and we must have respect for the fine detail. We are limited by our store of facts, by our reason, by our good judgment. And we must have all of these to see through the darkness as best we can. What most people cannot do, is suspend judgment. If Trump and Zelensky are Russian puppets, then we don’t have a chance. Then we have nobody who will fight. Because if the leaders who are fighting them now are no good, we will never have anyone who is any good. Or you will say they are no good. It is wrong to always think the worst, to always say the glass is half empty. There is nothing we can do, and there is nothing to work with, if you are right. Might as well shoot yourself in the head or surrender. But I do not think things are so hopeless. Really. I’m not sure we should wring our hands and declare defeat so easily. I see cracks in the enemy’s facade. I think there might be a way to survive. If worst comes to worst, only a few of us will survive. In that case, all the more, we cannot live with that kind of negativity. The Lord is Good.

        QUOTE from Mr. Nyquist:

This is where I part company with the ultra-paranoid school. Everyone of any importance, for Mr Concerned, is a communist agent. Trump is a communist agent. Zelensky is a communist agent, Pope John Paul was a communist agent. Probably Reagan was a communist agent in his view. Yet there is no proof positive that Trump or Zelensky or the others have been communist agents.”

        ANSWER:

This is taken out of context quite a bit, because in regards to Trump the ONLY term used was that there are too many red flags in his case and he has helped the communist cause by being too friendly with these Russian and Chinese communist enemies of God, which is morally dead wrong !

In regards to Reagan, nothing of a kind was said, so that is outright exaggeration, only that he failed to recognize the communist long-term strategy and signed with Moscow the now infamous nuclear disarmament treaty, knowing full well that these Bolsheviks cheat whenever they have the chance to do so.

In regards to the excommunicated apostate sectarian Wojtyla, who was never valid Pope, it is outright audacious to pass judgment, by a Protestant, whether this enemy of the Catholic Church was the Pope or not, and whether he was or was not a communist agent, when the facts surrounding Wojtyla and the horrible scandals he was guilty of, all PROVE that he was NOT Catholic and was very friendly with the Kremlin Bolsheviks, shaking hands with known KGB agents as Arafat and with Gorbachov – whom Golitsyn quoted in his 1987 anti-religion speech in Uzbekistan BTW).

Wojtyla invited this Arafat PLO terrorist and known KGB agent into the Vatican (at least twice), besides Fidel Castro and other communists – why would anybody be trying to dispute these facts and attempt to ridicule those who present them ?

There is nothing to gain from such ridicule and calling people paranoid – why would that be ?

Whether Wojtyla was or was not communist agent is even immaterial, he helped the communist cause of the Perestroika FRAUD more than anybody else, he practically brokered it himself !

A true Pope, which Wojtyla never was, would have NEVER done this evil but on the contrary would have warned the Catholic world about this Perestroika fraud and reaffirm that communism and socialism has been condemned by the Catholic Church and STANDS condemned – Wojtyla has never done so, and BTW excommunicated heretics cannot assemble in valid Papal Conclave and elect validly one of their own to the Papacy, that is automatically NULL and VOID – so do NOT call any of these apostates Popes, including that present time abominable apostate Bergoglio (who BTW has long history of communist contacts in his native Argentina).

That Zelenskiy had raised the communist clenched fist while speaking via video with the EU Parliament is a known fact, and that all the details surrounding him, which BTW don’t mean that for certain he IS a communist agent, and nobody said so directly, but that such artist circles were run by the KGB and who was (is not) with them cannot enter these circles – period !

There is something very wrong with that war, and how it is exploited, and how Biden and the rest of them promote the drainage of US military resources in such a vast matter into Ukraine, which of itself is not entirely wrong IF the US military had enough resources to defend the country against the potential Russian and Chinese attack, but when the depleted resources are just that, depleted, then one has to question all aspects of the situation why it is so and for what purpose.

Zelenskiy is trying to defend his country, but then there are certain things that don’t fit, and they are being addressed by some here. Another point is how the peace promises of Russian Bolsheviks could be trusted (and they cannot be trusted) and that there was no end to communism, which Zelenskiy is NOT saying at all, and that he would rather refuse to negotiate with these communist pathological liars and inform the world that Putin is nothing but a KGB criminal with whom it is not possible to have any agreement of peace at all, as Putin and the rest of the KGB Kremlin cannot be trusted nor should be recognized as legitimate government in the first place…Bolsheviks.

It is truly sad how the situation has deteriorated in this perverted world, truly sad. But one has to consider whether it is preferable to be “paranoid” in regards to Moscow communist Mafia, or to accept their “word of honor and promises of peace” when there is no peace coming and the bloody history of communism proves it.

        1. And you say Churchill was pro-communist.

I want to clarify my position. I am not saying Zelenskiy is a Russian agent. I am looking at him as a ukrainian from inside, where his actions can be interpreted with regards to our culture. There is probably some angle by looking from which you see that he is used by God for the greater good. But looking from my angle I see that he was one of the latest to wake up to the truth of Russian intent towards Ukraine. There were several waves of this waking up for different people. Some knew even before the breakup of Soviet Union. Others during Orange revolution in 2004. Then there was Euromaidan in December of 2013 and into 2014. Zelensky was still mocking protesters in his skits in 2014. (I haven’t seen the one Jeff is talking about. All I can say is that he doesn’t write the text himself. He has many script writers. He chooses what is the funniest and uses it). Even as elected president he made pro-Russian comments, that would make many people cringe. He understood the seriousness of Russian intentions only on the morning of February 24 of 2022. Before that day he was sure and tried to make everyone believe, that there will be no war. (His closest buddy Yermak, who is considered by many as a Russian agent, was talking with Russians, and Zelenskiy believed him more than he believed American intelligence). Maybe it was for the better, because if he would prepare, he would freak out, but in that moment he took charge of the situation, probably on adrenalin high, like Trump after his assassination attempt. He didn’t want to give away a country that he has just became a president of. After the start of war he kept people’s spirits up and facilitated a lot of help from different countries. But even then and now he is using speech writers. By himself he doesn’t sound as smart as when he is reading a speech. He rarely finishes sentences and is always losing a thread of thought he is trying to convey. His biggest weakness is his vanity. He loves applause. And he is easily influenced by people who constantly flatter him. Right now there are all signs that he is a puppet of Yermak, who is still thought to be Russian agent. I don’t know how Yermak got so much influence over him, many believe by flattery. But he is the one who suggested Zelenskiy to fire general Zaluzhniy, because this general was so loved by people and his ratings were so much higher than Zelenskiy’s. And Zelenskiy started to prepare for the next elections in the spring of 2022. Yermak is keeping Zelenskiy in a warm bath. You can’t talk to Zelenskiy if this contact is not approved by Yermak. Only Budanov had direct access to him for some time. But right now the mismanagement of the army is huge. A lot of funds are wasted in the wrong places. As an example, there were roses planted in one town, a week before it was taken over by Russians. They found money for the roses while the army is constantly scrambling for necessities. Bureaucracy is flourishing. A ton of funds is spent on bureaucrats instead of the army. If Ukraine will win this war, it would be truly by the grace of God. It would be against all odds. And unfortunately Zelenskiy in many instances is one of the odds. This is how this picture is seen from inside of Ukraine. Fighters on the front line are living with two dreams, to win the Russians and to come back and get rid of Zelenskiy.

        1. Yes, Zelenskyy has lost popularity, and people have suspicions about Yermak. The politics of the country has been complex, and some would like to get rid of the SBU. Oh yes, the SBU has still been problematic.

      3. @Valentina Cherniuk

Your clarification gives me valuable insight, thank you.

      4. @CONCERNED:

That’s why I have been saying that dealing with communism requires something beyond fighting on the visible fronts. The virus of communism has largely infected humanity, and it represents the deep desire of madness, revolution, destruction.

The communists never care much of losing battles after battles in Vietnam to Ukraine throughout history. Because they always count on their friends in the Deep State around the world. Their friends are deeply indoctrinated into communism by themselves. For example, look at the case Luigi Mangione killing the CEO of UnitedHealth to realize how wealthy people or people with power can be indoctrinated towards communism or extreme radical thought without someone teaching them. Nobody taught Lenin to be a radical extremist as he just simply grew it out from himself. However, both of them became followers of radical ideas are due to their living environment seriously deteriorated enough to pave the ways for radical ideas. The today Deep State is purposely creating miserable environment around the world to help radicalizing people towards communism and other radical ideas affiliated with communism!

I recent talked to an Israeli person who is very pessimistic about the situation of North Israel with Hezollah and Gaza with Hamas. He said that Netanyahu is breeding the new generation of terrorists and radical extremists with his wars. Every ceasefire with these terrorists is a chance to help them arming the new followers of radicalism to attack Israel again – something that Biden and his commies regularly pressure Israel to do. Israel has never once pursued something of a Marshall Plan to create a more favorable environment for Muslims to de-radicalize them because the global communists and USA stop them all the times!

That’s exactly why I called President Eisenhower was the last anti-communist leader for anticommunism, even if he made many mistakes on conceding to Stalin, because he was exactly aware on how to defeat communism or any radical idea associated with communism. Simply, creating a favorable environment of excessive abundance and joy will defeat communism. Yes, he was not naive to realize that the communists had exploited American generosity to expand communism. He was the last person to realize the most effective way and best way of defeating communism. After his exit from office, no one ever had any good idea of defeating communism, while communist agents completely took over the Deep State in the West.

Communism can’t be defeated if we continue fighting it in a wrong way and having wrong ideas of dealing with it.

For clarification, I never doubt Anatoliy Golitsyn because his words confirm everything that I have predicted for years. His Perestroika Deception is an exceptional book. I don’t contradict him on anything here. I only suggest other possibilities that his books don’t have enough space to cover like the hidden communist fronts in Southeast Asia and Africa which I recently spend more times to do research about.

      5. Xeno, I and probably most people here strongly disagree with your theory of defeating communism by living better than the communists. This idea was Eisenshower’s lasting legacy to the anti-communist fight, which has led to the predicament in which the West finds itself today. It would have been better if the US had followed the other example set by Eisenhower in the Korean War, and hit the communists hard every time they tried to take over a new country. We are living better than at any time in history but are completely mentally and physically unprepared for a conventional, much less nuclear conflict with the communist bloc. Focusing all our energy on “simply, creating a favorable environment of excessive abundance and joy” has not defeated communism. Nor has Western generosity to Africa, Asia and the Middle East done much to counteract the massive communist influence in those parts of the world. Communist ideas have always found favorable reception in the third world due to the extreme poverty and cultural inclination toward authoritarian rule found there. These are the same conditions that led to the Russian Revolution. But decades political infiltration of the third world hasn’t given Russia and China the industrial and technological edge to directly take on the first world in a military fight.

The goal of the communist bloc has always been to defeat the industrialized capitalist countries, which roughly corresponds to Europe, North America and East Asia/Australia. Therefore a major war in Europe that directly involves Russia is of much greater consequence than what goes on in Africa or the Middle East, since it’s a direct attack on the home front. As things are right now, the US has limited intel and ability intervene in third world countries to prevent communists from taking over, especially when they have popular support and anti-Americanism is already so strong. This is an area that requires skilled diplomacy/soft power and financial pressure rather than military intervention. It would be a fatal distraction to focus on the third world ahead of the Ukraine war, where a win for Russia could mean half of Europe, including Germany, falling into the Russian sphere of influence. And isn’t it funny how we have legions of Russian dupes on the “anti-communist” right constantly telling us that X and Y conflict around the world is more important to US interests than Ukraine, the gateway to Europe, which is irrelevant in their eyes. And yet Russia is investing a lot of manpower and completely destroying its economy to take over a worthless piece of land. Even at the risk of jolting awake a sleepy NATO, which was merrily on its way to almost total de-militarization before the war started. Why? Because Russia really does care about winning this particular military conflict, just as it did when it backed the North Vietnamese army and spear-headed the anti-Vietnam war movement in the US. The not-so-hidden political forces piggybacking on the Ukraine war phenomenon are plain to see, this time in the almost total transformation of the American and Western conservative movements into a version of the anti-war left. This is the real political fight unfolding in the background of the Ukraine war, and this form of Russian influence cannot be counteracted by abandoning the Ukraine issue, and ceding the moral high ground to Russia. Anti-communists needs to fight on all fronts, both military and political.

As far as the spiritual, cultural and economic conditions that help communist ideas to advance in the West unopposed, these cannot be defeated with more materialism, ie. more material wealth. This modern malaise has been more than 100 years in the making and cannot be fixed with political or economic policies. Perhaps only the immediate physical danger of a large-scale war in Europe or America can force a spiritual reawakening.

      6. @lauraz1986:

Living better is just one part of the way to defeat communism. What we are lacking for a long time is a coherent ideology to strongly oppose communism. The communists use misery, wrath, violence to secure the support from the population to take over. Our side doesn’t have a coherent ideology with complex structure of philosophical thought to fight enemies of communism. If you tell me that we have capitalism as an ideology, then it is laughable because the communists praise the same capitalists sending money to the communists to industrialize and arm the weapons to kill capitalists.

Eisenhower was very adamant in his approach of punching the communists on every front like Korea. I admired him because he was close to achieve something that will put us on par with the communists in the ideological warfare which is extremely important but neglected in the West. I am not sure that he studied Lenin’s history or not but there were times that Lenin complained how Russian liberals in the Republican government were making people’s lives better that they wouldn’t be persuaded to join his communist revolution, so his Bolsheviks must create misery enough to steer the population towards revolution. Eisenhower realized that making a desirable environment will deter people from becoming communists or leftist radicals. Nevertheless, the communist agents in the West caught wind of this and fought hard to prevent people like Eisenhower from realizing the only way of defeating communism.

If Eisenhower built upon the truth of “creating good environment to deter communism” into something more ideological, then the West would have defeated communism long ago. Eisenhower was one of the few elite people at his times realizing there’s a way of defeating communism but they failed to extrapolate and expand that path more into a greater ideological mechanism.

Communism can be never defeated if the people do not realize the root cause of it. Even if Ukraine somehow emerges victorious, then the communists will find some way to win an equally important front. They’re confident because our elites (almost of all are likely communist) do not realize real threats of communism or purposely sabotage to help communists. You can’t fight the enemies that you can’t see properly!

From my point of view on Ukraine, the communists have already secured one of the most important victories from NATO: The de-industrialization and disarmament of NATO. They probably won this victory from day one because their NATO puppets distracted us with glamoring news of military aids to Ukraine which is good. However, these puppets did not introduce any industrial policy to rearm NATO and even aggressively pushed UN agenda on green energy and environmental friendly policies to de-industrialize Europe further. Eisenhower and his friends would roll over their graves for wasting money on the Marshall Plan that only to see Europe de-industrialized again!

        1. The problem with Eisenhower was the lack of sociological foresight. He did not realize what a country of rich, spoiled, lazy, Left-indoctrinated weaklings would be like.

  7. Jeff, I enjoyed your discussion with Alex the last post and look forward to listening to this one.
Do you have any inside information on these drones flying around New Jersey? This is very concerning to me but the Biden administration wants us to believe that there is nothing to worry about. How is it possible that they don’t know who it is?

    1. The situation here is crazy. I’m watching them from my home tonight. Flying around nearby power plant and reservoir. New theories coming out all the time. Newest theory is that a nuke slipped through at the port and these drones are trying to find it.

I read a guy saying they are definitely our military and they would only do something like this if there was a threat they were trying to stop.

This could explain why the state government keeps saying there is no threat from them and not to worry, but offers no explanation.

I can tell you. It’s hysteria. People don’t realize you can buy SUV sized drones and fly them around your house now. It’s the Christmas season. Everybody has their gift drones. Furthermore, a lot of these sightings, per the FBI, are just of commercial aircraft. The public doesn’t look up too much, and when they do, they start seeing stuff and think “Aliens” or “Drones.” There’s also a huge amount of false information: Russkie and ChiCom trolls are actively producing fake theories and sightings. Why? Same reason they do it ALL the time no matter what is going on: to spread distrust, anarchy and paranoia.

      1. You’ve got a very good point. Remember after Hurricane Helene devastated Western North Carolina and surrounding areas, there was so much BS going on about “the government” having engineered and even directed the storm to that location?

Around that same time, there was a New Moon, and people on Twitter were asking if anyone had seen the moon lately, as if something had happened to it.

People certainly don’t look up much anymore -they’re too busy looking at their phones.

I live in a rural area, and have no night lights around me, and sometimes look up at the night sky for long periods of time, and have seen a lot of very high, very fast-moving craft, that clearly have to be some kind of military aircraft. Some of them, I can just faintly see the light of, and they move a lot faster than regular aircraft such as passenger planes.

        1. At the same time, I couldn’t help but go back and look at Jeff’s interview with Mr. Wang of Lude Media from back on June 25th, as reports of these drone sightings proliferate

      2. Merry Christmas! Santa has a red suit, too!

      3. The public flying SUV size drones around is alarming considering all the illegals that have come in and all the pro Palestinians chanting death to America and let’s not forget the radical young people who want to destroy America imperialism. No, I don’t think that it is paranoid to be concerned about suv size drones flying around. I also wouldn’t want my neighbors car size drone falling on my house.

      4. Maybe this is Tulsi Gabbard’s Christmas Psy-Op. lol

    3. I suspect the drones are U.S. experimental vehicles operating out of a submersible drone carrier of some kind. I do not know for sure, but this doesn’t sound like something the Chinese would be doing. It draws too much attention and it is going to cause an increase in our vigilance. I think we are engaging in some kind of testing process on a number of levels. Time will tell.

      1. Thanks a lot for your work, Jeff. I do constantly check your articles and podcasts from Spain.

About the “UFOs”, have you ever checked the new reusable drone rockets by the Anduril Industries company?

        https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-12-01/anduril-roadrunner-drone-killer-could-change-tactics-in-iraq-syria

Seems to me that some of the videos coming from New Jersey remember this kind of aircraft, with similar shape and lights…
Anduril do have a facility in Rhode Island…

And the CEO from this company -Palmer Luckey- has a very accurate vision about the U.S defense mischief and geopolitical situation.
As far as I remember, I have listened to him telling some stories regarding current preparations of autonomous weapon systems for defending Taiwan.

        1. We have to have something special for all that money we spend.

      2. From what I’ve read on the UAP Reddit threads from some observers in New Jersey is that the drones seem to be flying in grid patterns. For instance, they’ll see six drones all flying east to west with a given distance between each. At night, some appear to be going house to house, scanning and then moving onto the next house. The scanners have actually been photographed close-up. It really does appear that they’re searching for something. Some of the sightings may be hobbyists, and there’s definitely an increasing level of hysteria and social contagion, but whatever was going on a month ago also seems to be ongoing now.

Here’s a picture of the scanner on a drone taken last night in New Milford, NJ, right outside someone’s bedroom window:

        https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1hdr32k/close_up_of_drone_from_nj_mystery_drones_group_on/?%24deep_link=true&correlation_id=df014baa-640f-47e1-a474-2d1359bdc759&post_fullname=t3_1hdr32k&post_index=0&ref=email_digest&ref_campaign=email_digest&ref_source=email&utm_content=post_title&%243p=e_as&_branch_match_id=1207495169850713293&utm_medium=Email%20Amazon%20SES&_branch_referrer=H4sIAAAAAAAAA22QT0%2FDMAzFP01367Y26aYhTQiBduXE2Uobtw3LPzmpyi58dhwGnJAS5en37DzLc84xPex2hFqbvFUxbq3x152Ij1UrRTwjqLRhGchMxisLC9nzXLoq8VS1Fz7rum5%2F%2BofgGBDft8tr4oeBQ5%2BLbGZNor0WaENCWCKEETQFjzBScODfwd1SRrrdaYKJQqnyJUdwVNdKjRihjFiJl0wLVu1hCERoVTbBg9HM9bhvZK9UfZD7sZZHbGolj7JudSO6U6%2BHY3fivhhShnGx1iuH5TsBfzPeTeM1frCzZ0A4skKnjAVtJkz5DmFQLioz%2Bf%2FdFBYa8NdjuGQHQ%2FCZt8L0OyabbHHzyeVIZPwEPYU1IZ2fZ94LfgEa7ZKgpAEAAA%3D%3D

        1. If a drone were to openly hover over my house, it would get shot down if possible. That is not right at all.

      3. Reading further down the thread, aviation experts are saying that the photo is of a NJ State Police helicopter. So disregard the photo. My comment about the drones being seen flying in a grid pattern still stands. Below is a link to one of the threads on drones and planes flying in a grid pattern:

        https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1hckerx/grid_pattern_searches_happening_over_nj_ny_etc/

      4. There was a massive drone over my sister’s house at 2 am last night. She said it was loud enough to wake her up and she ran outside and saw a drone that she says was the size of a helicopter above her house.

  8. On the matter of South Korea, it was revealed that President Yoon attempted to arrest secret communists from the opposition. He dispatched the HID unit, the special forces whose main task is to assassinate major North Korean leaders in case of a war. To arrest key liberal leaders including Lee Jae-myung who is the infamous leftist in South Korea.

    https://news.jtbc.co.kr/article/NB12226755

For some reasons, the South Korean communists successfully voted to terminate martial laws order. Worse for Korean conservatives, the South Korean communists will now likely win the next election to totally control the Congress. The next President will be likely a communist like Moon Jae In.

The US is being embroiled in the global wars for the next decade, thanks to Russia and China. We will be dragged back to the Middle East and tangle in Europe with Ukraine not beyond 2025. I fear that the Chinese communists will attempt the greater Pacific war with North Koreans capturing South Korea and Chinese taking over Taiwan. At the same time, both China and North Korea with Russian support will utterly devastate Japan through naval blockade and drone/ballistic attacks on infrastructures. Our island chains will be overwhelmed to the point that the US will choose to either protect Israel or protect our islands in Pacific Ocean.

Don’t expect Australia to help! Trevor Loudon put it correctly that the communist PM is currently helping his communist buddies to seize away Western control over islands in Pacific Ocean.

    https://x.com/TrevorLoudon1/status/1866918382911529413

    1. If the Russians and Chinese took this course, they would end up destroying themselves. They have to follow a path which leads to a surprise nuclear attack on America. This is their only way to victory. If they ramp up to slow and do not follow with a knock-out blow, the world will simply start arming and bind together against them. I think know they know this because of what happened from 1950-53 and from 1979-83.

      1. Currently, China is “prepare to deal” with the mysterious outbreak from Congo. They probably don’t learn from your assessment.

        https://www.scmp.com/news/world/africa/article/3289636/what-mystery-disease-x-and-why-have-dozens-died-dr-congo
        https://www.bangkokpost.com/world/2915130/hong-kong-tightens-airport-health-checks-amid-dr-congo-mystery-disease-outbreak

After observing many factual discussions among Chinese dissidents including Dr Li Meng-Yan, I notice that Chinese communists and possibly Russian communists increasingly see the North Korea model being feasible to implement upon the whole world. From one of those discussions with other Chinese dissidents, I remembered there was a guy having intel that Xi Jinping openly praised North Korea for perfecting the totalitarian control over people. This was before COVID-19 and lockdown which seeks to emulate North Korea.

Imagine if the communists successfully destroy the West militarily/physically. They will then put every survivor in the planet into hamlets, while political prisoners and criminals will be put into work camps or gulags. In North Korea, your crime will result in the punishment of your entire clan. The global communists will seek such cruel methods to put everyone in line. The AI and automation technologies will tremendously help creating such horrendous camps in the future.

If the communists are delusionally confident to implement North Korea upon the world, then I don’t see that they will lose. They will rule everyone upon the world of garbage and ruins.

        1. It is because they are mobilizing for war that they contemplate this.

      2. @Jeff Nyquist: Bad News, Mr Nyquist. It seems my prediction gradually comes true.

The US military has succumbed to the years of communist pressure in Japan to finally contemplate a military relocation from Okinawa to Guam. This will give a huge win for Asian communists.

        https://www.eurasiantimes.com/u-s-marines-begin-to-pull-out-from-okinawa/

The US military doesn’t immediately pull out of Okinawa fully yet but this sign is very discouraging. Because it takes one small action to start the whole avalanche. The Ryukyu independence movement is celebrating now. China heavily subsidizes the Ryukyuans, while Japanese communists are taking down Japanese traditionalists gradually (they’re still strong in Japan and was responsible for recent downfall of ruling LDP in Japan).

If the US is willing to abandon Okinawa to protect Guam which is the second island chain, then I can see that Taiwan annexation is very likely now. The question remains that whether the US is willing to compromise for China seizing Taiwan over China launching an all-out war to take out Japan and US pacific islands at the same time. As you have said many times, Taiwan is not the only focus for PLA.

        1. Pulling the Marines back to Guam does not mean we are abandoning Japan.

      3. @Jeff Nyquist: It seems that communists are going to score a major victory in Japan.

        https://apnews.com/article/japan-us-military-marines-okinawa-guam-realignment-84ba9050bc77c49ac76a2c4eabdb9ffb

The communist agents in the Deep State finally succeed to get the US troops out of Japan in a gradual plan. The article states only a partial relocation but one small act will lead to a chain of critical events.

It seems your prediction on China will be right as it seeks to do more than annexing Taiwan.

        1. Xeno Man: you already posted on this. The space here is for commenting on my articles and videos, not to write your own ten volume work.

  12. @Jeff, I finally had time yesterday to listen to the rest of the 8th Int’l Anti-Communist Conference. Could you please tell me the reasoning behind your belief that China is most likely going to “play nice” through the next four years of the Trump administration, as you stated to Jean Robin? Is it based mainly on the fact that they are going to continue building up to full strength over the next 4-5 years? Is it also partly that Trump is likely to project power, whereas Biden projected weakness? Or is there some other tidbit of information that is coming into play in your calculations.

Also, does this mean you believe that for the next four years, Taiwan is safe even from being quarantined?

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

    1. PS – I think a Taiwan quarantine could happen at any time to test our reaction. Such a policy could quickly be reversed if produced the wrong effect. But Taiwan is diversionary. North America is the ultimate target.

      1. @Jeff, was there supposed to be another post of yours before the PS? If so it’s not showing for me.

        1. Yikes, there should have been a long one.

      2. Oh no, it must not have posted. Unless it was filtered out by WordPress. Could you possibly briefly summarize what you said? My question was,

“Could you please tell me the reasoning behind your belief that China is most likely going to “play nice” through the next four years of the Trump administration, as you stated to Jean Robin? Very good.
This in fact begs a question:
Why then would Putin object to Ukraine entering NATO when he has this snake at the very helm of it ?

Moscow has truly advanced in subversive ops over the years, and became most successful, they don’t need new spies anymore if they have this man as NATO Secretary, and others….MANY others.

And moreover, this signals that the war could be very much coordinated, at least the statistics and so on, because these communist elements are pushing it over and over, which, the exact opposite, would be expected since they serve the Russian communist cause, so something is NOT right here about the whole thing.

And since the numbers and data could be easily fabricated or altered, to serve the Moscow propaganda purpose for example, there are certain discrepancies that one should be careful about not to trust them right away but to examine them first and very carefully.

Of course the voices of euphoria and blind trust in the info that comes out of there would object, but that is understandable.

That doesn’t exclude helping the victims of this Russian communist evil, which means the ordinary Ukrainian people.

“Trump blows smoke. Putin pleaded with Biden prior to Russia unilaterally acknowledging autonomy for the Donbas, for return to the Minsk Accords.”

The accords Russia didn’t even acknowledge as binding on themselves after years of lying about the “separatists” being independent and not actually Russian military? You might as well say, “Putin pleaded for Ukraine to agree to crack open their own skull and eat their brains.”

    “NATO expanded into Eastern Europe,”

Ukraine wasn’t even eligible for NATO membership due to the ongoing occupation of the Donbass and Crimea. It was only after the invasion that NATO finally expanded, thanks to Putin.

“in support of transnational corporate interests,”

Before 2014, Russians ran all corporate interests in Ukraine. The Russians want to strangle Ukraine and return to those glory days. What an inversion of truth!

“despite the wisdom of Cold War principals: Spheres of Influence, Ballance of Power, and Mutually Assured Destruction.”

That sounds an awful lot like “here is my rape sphere. Let me rape in peace here. This is what multipolarism means. Isn’t it great!?”

    2. In the previous thread Concerned posted a link about Tulsi Gabbard wanting Trump to pardon Edward Snowden.
That’s the problem with someone like Gabbard being given a top position in the Trump Administration. It’s not just her lack of qualification for overseeing the DNI, the real danger is that, because of her perceived loyalty, she would have Trump’s ear on important issues. As Jeff is fond of saying, if she were in the Garden of Eden she would get the snake to eat the apple. She can frame information in a way that advances the interests of our enemies, and convince Trump that, for example, pardoning a traitor like Snowden is a good thing. And what other things that damage US intelligence could she convince him to do?

      1. CONCERNED Avatar
        CONCERNED

The (BIG) problem with this is that it was Trump himself who nominated this pro-communist woman in the first place…and so those who would like to excuse him for that with all kinds of wishful answers have a very heavy load of problems on their hands, because if anybody can access the damaging facts and into about this woman, so can Trump – yet still, he had not turned back and keeps her as the nominee – and this is a big problem, especially in the light of the fact that he was in 1987 in the Bolshevik Kremlin, invited and a guest of the communists, to research whether the Bolsheviks would let this American capitalist to build a hotel on the Red Square (yeah, right !)…why would that be ? And his KGB NYC contacts and so on.

It is a major red flag, yet the less careful and very nice people would call it convoluted paranoia, which settles the whole thing from the beginning and there is no need to add anything else – so it is settled, nothing to worry about here, be brave Americans, be brave !

      2. Jeff and Laura, it will be interesting to see if Tulsi Gabbard changes her tune at all when made privy to whatever intelligence it was that caused some of our congressmen and women, and J. D. Vance, to suddenly become more sympathetic to Ukraine (as Jeff mentioned at the 8th Int’l Communist Conference).

I admit, I’m still kind of high off the euphoria of (probably) foiling the DNC’s master plan to rule forever as a single-party dictatorship (like their idols in the CCP!) using illegal aliens.

But I can’t lie, I found Gabbard to be kind of a disturbing pick due in no small part to her continued “anti-war” shilling for the communist bloc: That doesn’t really give me a whole lot of good things to say about her. At the very best, she’s just REALLY naïve. At worst, well…

That said, and I could be wrong, I don’t think she’ll actually be confirmed in the Senate. She just has too much baggage, in my opinion.

    https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/trump-team-weighing-options-preemptive-airstrikes-irans-nuclear-program

  17. “The greatest disparity in military strength will be in three to four years”? The West is belatedly waking up. Arms factories are being reopened or built. In four years, even possibly in three, what will our forces be like then? If Trump succeeds in getting rid of DEI and other policies in the military which drive away so many from even considering joining, in a few years will our military be back up to full strength? The U.S. isn’t alone in this re-armament. To me, it appears that the greatest disparity will be next year before our factories reach full capacity and our recruitment rebuilds.

    1. The generals were talking about strategic and naval disparities, not ammunition manufacturing. And it is 4-5 years, not 3-4.

      1. You are right, I misquoted the numbers (from imperfect memory) but I question even the strategic and naval disparities. Even if they open with a nuclear salvo that takes out much of our air, land and sea forces, they still need boots on the ground to force the U.S. into surrender. Absent that, they will lose. How many boots can they put on the ground here in the states? What sort of forces will they run into? Even if they are able to inject 4–5 million front line troops, will that be enough? If they invade and lose, what will the reaction be in China? Will even the remaining PLA and police forces turn against their CCP bosses?

Mere numbers don’t tell the whole story.

      2. @R.O. For when they shall say, peace and security; then shall sudden destruction come upon them, as the pains upon her that is with child, and they shall not escape. [1 Thessalonians 5:3]

This means those who claim to love God and in their heresies they deny it. God will allow the time of the Antichrist, the worldwide communist tyranny to come, because of this worldwide general apostasy and denial of the Divinely revealed true religion, which is nothing else but Catholic Tradition, which this godless world obstinately refuses to obey and practice, thus the above verse fits to the letter. And as Our Lady of Fatima confirms, Russia (and atheistic communism) is the tool of the Divine chastisement of this godless world…

    1. The Reformers were correct in IDing the AC… all else is misdirection, and I regard 99% of eschatological books produced from the mid 1800s onwards as worthless.

The persona we should be looking for now is Gog of Ezekiel 38. Whoever is at the helm in Moscow by ca 2028 will be he, as events shall prove. What a tragedy for western conservativism, esp. among Christians, if their great hero Putin proves to be that man.

These are the days of Joel 3, when East and West build up to the last great war humanity will experience. This conflict is coming, “for their wickedness is great” (Joel 3:13). This is the most morally evil time in human history and if God does not order terrifying, earth-shattering world events to nip this trajectory of sin in the bud, there will be a churchless, Marxist hellscape worldwide in short order. The fix will, besides a great revival in godliness, include a liberal hotbed-destroying Armageddon, as suggested by Ezekiel 39:6, during a “fire” sent on both East and West. Buckle up, because things are going to get very biblical over the next few years.

It is the tragic expectation of many people that since Trump got elected that means that things will continue to improve and the life will be just great from that time on…and this is what St. Paul addresses in the verse quoted above -because people have fallen away from God and from His true religion, He will punish them by means of this Russian communist tyranny, many will not make it, and as Our Lady of Fatima said, Russia will spread her errors, causing wars and persecutions against the (true Catholic) Church,….various nations will be annihilated.

The Temple in Jerusalem has nothing to do with this at all.

Ezechiel 38 speaks about God, of the Land of Magog, which means what was formerly Scythia, which is now Russia. The notations from the late 16th century Douay-Rheims Bible states that Scythia or Tartary, ruthless people., which fits the Russian Asiatic mentality to the letter.

      3. Valentina: there is nothing in the Bible about a third temple being built in Jerusalem. The proof passage for it, Daniel 9:26b–27, describes the Roman suppression of the Jewish revolt 66–73 AD.

As for Ezekiel 38, verse two mentions two names. They were written without vowels—MSK and R’S. Add a vowel after each consonant can give us Mo-Se-Ka and Ro-‘a-Sa. Make of that what you will.

        Poor soul !

  19. So, I have a Substack account and my avatar is that of the Ukrainian flag. I want you all to know that so called conservative, Republican Party faithful always blast me for that avatar no matter the topic. I’m a fan of Dr. Paul Alexander (a Trump guy from the first time in office) and I’ve had some lengthy conversations with a few of his outspoken political junkies regarding Ukraine and Trump’s choices 2024 regarding Cabinet secretaries and other bureaucratic choices, like a Russian apologist in Tulsi Gabbard…and the sad thing? I have debated die hard liberals, Left wing radicals before but these political Right folks are so clueless it is no wonder why their political Party has indeed been infiltrated and they’ve been horn swaggled into believing Putin/Russia good….Ukraine evil.

A true goober on a recent post tells me to please remove my avatar…sidenote, I can cuss like a Sailor but in this case I refrained from telling him to F- himself…I was more diplomatic in that I said I would never change that avatar. And why?
I/We have Ukrainian friends here in Missouri. My son’s best friend in high school is Ukrainian and he still has family back there going through all this bullshit war stuff.
I support the people of Ukraine no matter what anyone wants to accuse Zelensky of. Politics aside, we must not lose focus of the people of Ukraine. They’ve changed the battlefield with drone warfare. House wives constructing drones for their Ukrainian army? Rosie the Riveter ain’t got nothing on these ladies!
    Slava Ukraini!

    1. Those are my sentiments as well. It’s the people of Ukraine who are daily suffering and struggling against the Communist bloc invasion (since North Korea, China, Iran, and Lord knows who else are all helping Russia.)

I think our dear troll(s?), are trying to relegate Ukraine to the “doesn’t matter so much” category in saying Zelensky is a Communist though.

Take Xeno Man. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed that he A.) tries to associate Israel with Communism (Russia), and B.) “Slyly” (he probably thinks) slips in rhetoric dismissive of the war in Ukraine in some of his comments when he gets an opportunity.

      1. bedlamsbard1 Avatar

Also he said the American INT. agencies were in large part the reason why Ukraine was in this war.

        1. Yes he did. Also, several times, I have seen him post something to the effect of “Ukraine isn’t that important. Look over there at that other scenario that is actually more important than what’s happening to Ukraine.”

      2. Still, XenoMan doesn’t have to blindly agree with everything we believe. There is room for divergent opinions and healthy debate. Sometimes it can be helpful to challenge the status quo and make people consider why they believe what they believe. And defend it. Iron sharpens iron. Some of XenoMan’s comments have been very intriguing and thought-provoking.

Also, a lot of Jews, for whatever reason, are actually communist. Jeff acknowledged this at one point (I believe, several years ago) but didn’t go into the history of it very much. Stalin supported the founding of the Jewish state and Ben-Gurion admired Lenin and endeavored to become a “Zionist Lenin.” A large number of American communists happen to be Jewish. The main reason Russia has pursued an anti-Israel stance more recently is because under Reagan, Israel became an ally of the United States. Additionally, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion has been so effective that it has become one of the main rallying cries for all of the Islamic terror organizations Russia is aligned with.

        1. @K:

My problem is that anti-communists continue suffering horrendous setbacks because none of us ever considers multiple variables and hypothetical scenarios. People here are so simplistic because I know many of you really desire getting wins against communists. They see Ukraine as something that you spite against communists to halt the global movements of communism. However, it is not that simple because communists don’t want to win or lose but dominate any situation. I come up with this unique conclusion due to my years of observing how communist movements constantly transform and change every situation.

I have a personal philosophy of doubting everything that we visibly see because the opposite effects or hidden activities probably happen at the same times. When I see Ukraine War, I doubt it as something that the communists really dedicate 100% of their times for their world domination. Underneath of the war, there are probably the opposite effects like de-industrialization of NATO and expanded implementation of Green policies in the West but no one really focuses on what communists are doing here. On the hidden activities parallel with the Ukraine War, the West neglects the communist dominance in Africa, India Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Latin America, Southeast Asia. Especially with Southeast Asia, I haven’t seen Jeff Nyquist seriously conducts a research on this neglected area as the communist bastion is solidified into the point that ASEAN is almost new USSR better than the communists’ scheme of turning EU into new USSR.

The communists are not a visible force that you can simply defeat with Normandy landings or nuclear bombings. In fact, it is the ethereal force that exists in humanity’s consciousness which evokes my fascination towards Alex’s works that intended to examine why people become communists. Alex’s dwelling into history explore the facts that communism is a much older phenomenon that exhibits the Chaotic Creatia of humanity. The force of destruction, madness and revolution.

          1. It looks like you may be more simplistic than you realize, Xeno Man. I’m aware of the Green policies designed by Communists to destroy the industrial might of the West. I’m aware of the Communists dominating and expanding their dominance of the Third World and gaining control of many crucial natural resources. And Jeff has written about these things. Maybe it’s simplistic to assume that just because each essay must focus on a particular aspect or topic, that the writer or commenters are unaware of other things going on at the same time.

And who isn’t aware that they are constantly advancing on these and all other fronts, even as they try to crush Ukraine?

But, the Ukraine invasion is a very major war, and appears to be just the beginning of the blocs outright military conquests.

The thing is, you sometimes contradict Golitsyn, and you also deflect from the main points of Jeff’s essays at times, even contradicting his points in a “cordial” manner.

“On the hidden activities parallel with the Ukraine War, the West neglects…”

The West has been neglecting every crucial thing in regard to the Communists for decades. The West is even now neglecting Ukraine.

I’m not sure where anyone has implied that Communists can simply be defeated with Normandy invasions or nuclear bombings, but this brings up an interesting possible angle behind your rhetoric:

It’s like you are saying, we must go deeper and discover what in human nature causes a person to become a Communist, and stop it there *instead of beating them on the battlefield*, in this case, in Ukraine.

Now, I do agree with you, it is an older phenomena. It’s Father is ultimately Satan. He is the Father of Lies. He is a murderer. He seeks only to steal, kill, and destroy. These are all the essence of Communism.

Only the Gospel of Jesus Christ, willingly believed and accepted by many people will eradicate it.

          2. I accidentally hit send before I was done.

BUT…when they take to the physical battlefield, they must be utterly and completely beaten down. Their physical means of brutalized, destroying, and oppressing must be devastated so they can’t carry out their designs by force.

Simultaneously, the life-changing Gospel must be lived out by true believers, and that Good News brought to other people -including the Communists.

Also, we must reverse our suicidal policies in the West, of disarmament; “green” regulations; having economic and diplomatic ties to Communist nations; etc, etc.

This would entail rooting out and punishing many Communist agents and sympathizers in our own institutions.

But to imply that the physical destruction of their militaries and military capabilities needs to take a backseat even as the physical war in Ukraine rages??….This raises my suspicion of your motives.

          3. Doubting everything leaves you without anything to hang your hat on.

Why do not some Xeno Man admit to having doubts? Are we all wise? In today’s world, the wide variety of information gives rise to a view of things that sometimes makes me doubt Golitsyn. The communist strategy of disinformation and subversion changed with Andropov at the head of the KGB. In many cases, even opposing strategies are used simultaneously in different parts of the world, which forces libertarians like me to think, read up and draw conclusions (it is also helpful to use Golitsyn’s second book: Perestroika Deception as a source). It is important to understand the algorithm, which always has the same origin. And so Xeno Man is absolutely right to point out that we far too rarely keep an eye on the geopolitical variants that are ‘playing out’ in Asia, Africa or South America, discuss them, deconstruct them (and I do not mean the approach of Marxist philosophers like Jacques Derrida or Heidegger’s construction/deconstruction – Michel Foucault with his post-structuralism certainly belongs in this category too), understand them holistically.

Every critical approach to thinking, yes, even every disinformation that has taken hold in one’s mind and that one is allowed to express publicly here at Jeff’s blog, should find an objective answer. This is the only way we can all get closer to the truth.

        1. How can you say you sometimes doubt Golitsyn when something like 94 percent of his falsifiable statements have proven to be true?

How did the strategy of the KGB change under Andropov? Was it substantial? Has this been documented with the insightful accuracy of Golitsyn? Why does the work of Golitsyn continue to serve as the primary foundation of understanding Communist strategy for the leading anti-Communists like Nyquist, Loudon, Jimmy, and the Frenchman whose name escapes me at the moment?

There’s unlimited information out there today, but much of it is distracting/misleading/ or detracts from solid understanding.

        2. In the end, it’s just the new religion — sick and evolving in its sickness — come to destroy the old. All strategies are animated by the sickness. All alienated souls hear the call. That is the revolution we face. It is destroying our world.

      4. Birgit Naujeck Avatar
        Birgit Naujeck

@GreyKnight I am not looking for a new religion, nor do I need priests. In fact, the strategy has changed since Golitsyn’s defection and the subsequent fall of the Berlin Wall. Anyone who lived in the Soviet Union knows that communism before the Second World War and during the Cold War was very different from what we experienced with Yeltsin, Gorbachev and now Putin. In China, I now have the feeling that it has remained in the era of the triad wars and that Xi Jinping is the supreme Manchu chieftain who is putting on a first-class show with the Kuomintang in Taiwan. Who rules Hong Kong today? Are the triads turning away from the criminal milieu and becoming political again? Where is the dialogue on this? At Golitsyn? The scissors strategy is certainly interesting and correct – but can I really always apply it? With respect, sir, we still live in a time in which we are allowed to have our own thoughts and considerations; there are still circles in which we can express these thoughts openly, discuss them and readjust our view. Worship is not one of them. And certainly not picking on people with whom we disagree. Pillorying someone, deliberately harming them – which ideology do you think that belongs to?

All defectors have helped us to better understand the communist strategy … but to really understand everything, one must at least have read and understood Lenin and Gramsci.

    2. Birgit Naujeck Avatar

@K The people of Judea – we call them all Jews – have wandered around in the diaspora for more than 2,000 years and would not have been able to survive without the socialist ‘common principles’ that we are so familiar with today, such as solidarity, social justice, racism…etc. They spent centuries in ghettos, were outcasts and the rulers (of whatever religion and ideology they belonged to) exploited those who were crammed together to portray them as scapegoats for every negative situation, to ignite pogroms and to divert the anger of the people onto a small minority.

A distant relative of mine – a Jew – once told me that a Jew cannot help but be a socialist as long as he has no homeland. That was true until 1948 – since then things have changed a little, but not much. Because even behavior that has been going on for more than 2,000 years cannot be changed overnight.

Stalin wanted to establish the Jewish state of Israel as the first socialist state in the Middle East. He allowed many Russian Jews to leave the Soviet Union for Palestine early on (of course not without ensuring that the emigrants would continue to be under his control). However, the Arabs strongly opposed the immigration of light-skinned, red- and blond-haired people and Stalin’s open support for the state of Israel turned into subversive support (he always provided both sides with military equipment when Israel was founded; the Soviet Union lied to Egypt in 1967 with disinformation about a possible attack by Israel – the Six-Day War – and thus enabled the weak Israel to win against the overwhelming Arab enemy. A permanent source of unrest, as Stalin wanted, was created).

Even before the end of the Second World War, Stalin had already recognized that control of Arab oil was a much better weapon for controlling the USA and all other non-communist states, and thus ‘sucked up’ with the Arabs. Strategically, Stalin was always far ahead of the West…

The Bolshevik Revolution would never have worked if Lenin & Co. had not been able to use the 50,000 or so people of Jewish faith who were freed from exile to rid themselves of their hatred of the Tsar through revolution. Thus, people of Jewish faith were infinitely important throughout the Soviet Union. If they were allowed to emigrate, to Israel or to another region of the world, this was actually always granted; a bargaining chip for controlling the emigrants always remained in the Soviet Union. Thus, the Israeli secret services – especially the Mossad and Shin Bet – were quickly infiltrated right up to the top with Soviet agents.

However, the pure Jewish religion is diametrically opposed to communist ideology (as is the Muslim one – I have heard from some Muslims that the Koran was to be rewritten under KGB chairman Andropov – The term Allah, for example, was introduced into all Muslim religions and languages as the one and only term for ‘God’.). Today there are many nationalists in Israel who stand on the feet of their religion and defend it against communist influences. There are simply not always enough of them and unfortunately the youth are all too often just as woke as in the rest of the West.

This is just a brief summary of the story.

      1. I have been among Jews, and can state from experience that the vast majority of Jews, around 90%, have rejected a Jewish religion. Add to that that even the Talmud is not the same as Biblical Judaism.

In the past, Jews were often not allowed by their non-Jewish neighbors to integrate into the wider society, not even when they converted to Christianity. I suspect they were treated the same way in Islamic countries. For example, I know a Norwegian family who can trace their ancestry back to a German Jewish convert to Christianity, shunned by the Jewish community as a Meshumed, not accepted by German society because he was still a “Jew”, but in Norway he could start a new life as a Christian.

When Jews started being allowed to integrate into wider society, many Jews rejected their Jewish heritage. Karl Marx wrote one of the most anti-Semitic pamphlets of the 1800s. Lev Davidovich Bronstein, aka Leon Trotsky, denied he was a Jew. There are many, many more similar examples.

Many Jews gravitated to socialism because they see it as an enemy to the forces, both Jewish and non-Jewish, that had kept them imprisoned in the ghettos. Thankfully, as newer generations are being born, the ghetto mentality is fading.

      2. Birgit Naujeck Avatar
        Birgit Naujeck

@ R. O. It is true that Jews who converted to Christianity were once rejected as Christians and treated with contempt by Jews. If you read the Nuremberg (racial) laws written by Jews (including Rabbi Leo Baeck), you know why the national German Jews were so strongly in favour of National Socialism (not to be confused with Hitlerism), which they hoped would bring them into the German national community. A large part of my family of national German Jews survived the Third Reich, so that they were able to report many details that one looks for in vain in the historiography of the Third Reich.

Another part of my family is of Huguenot origin. They were treated more or less identically to the Jews until they fled to Germany under Frederick the Great and were finally allowed to live in peace and quiet.

Both religious groups were persecuted, marginalised and murdered by the Catholics in the most shameful way for centuries (I am not excluding Luther, some of whose writings are very anti-Semitic). This is something that has been etched into my family’s epigenetics and still reflects the deep rift with Catholics.

I personally know not only the Jews within my family, but also those in Israel in particular. And as woke as the youth is there, the common roots, the tradition of the Jewish religion are still lived, as I experience again and again on the Sabbath, whose ‘regulations’ are collected in the Mishneh tracts, among other things.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too on the American right. You’d have to be blind not to notice the twin scourges anti-Ukrainian sentiment and anti-anti-Putinism that have proliferated. I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about it the past few years and I’ve realized something critical. It’s not even really about ideology like it was with the left. It’s about something even more primal: Pure, unfiltered tribalism and the Kremlin knows it. And exploits it ruthlessly.

Think about it for a second: Whenever the crypto-Bolshevik dictator in the Kremlin goes on about “traditional values,” we’re supposed to bark and clap in approval like trained seals, downplaying, if not outright justifying his myriad atrocities. Or as a fellow KGB agent put it, their pillaging, torture, murder, and rape of Ukrainian women, men and children is justified because of pride parades in the West. Not only is this a lie straight from the pit of Hell, it actually has some people of faith in the West taking it seriously! Amplified by dupes, shills, and outright propagandists, of course.

Or that because Zelensky appears with and is (allegedly) supported by the left-wing “leaders” we all know and “love,” that it’s prima facie evidence that Ukraine is in fact, a latter-day Sodom and Gomorrah that deserves the treatment meted out to Carthage by the Romans. Again, a lie straight from the pit of Hell, but it actually has some people taking it seriously!

Hell, we even see useful idiots emulating the “political pilgrims” to the USSR of yesteryear and emigrating to Russia in the name of “traditional values,” never mind the fact that abortion, drunkenness, atheism, broken families, murder, human trafficking, and countless other types of decadence run rampant over there, even worse than the “decadent West!”

I knew that history is taught atrociously and that the Perestroika Deception’s thesis was kind of esoteric (but makes perfect sense in hindsight) to begin with, but I have found myself genuinely disappointed and frightened by how many so-called “conservatives” have revealed themselves to be the mirror image of the left they claim to oppose.

“What you’re seeing are American-made HPGe nuclear detector drones. They can detect the presence of gamma rays miles away. But what is a gamma ray? That’s the stuff we attribute to radiation, electromagnetic waves that penetrate you and can cause cancer. HPGe drones are built to inspect nuclear sites, but these ones aren’t…

“In the late 2000s, the DoD needed a response to the threat of dirty bombs from ISIS coming into our ports in NY and NJ. They’ve been stocking up on these drones for a while. Some were deployed to Ukraine when Russia threatened the use of dirty bombs. They look weird because they’re heavy and have giant cryocoolers mounted, as well as giant horn antennas to communicate on mmwave frequencies that can’t be jammed.

“This is where I come in. The technology these drones use has few suppliers, both for mmwave equipment and the high purity germanium. The same suppliers that are the backbone of my industry. So what are they doing? Collecting information on how the public will react (PsyOp) and testing their ability to sweep a port city like NY for dirty bombs.

“Jersey was chosen because we’re the closest port city to NY, and NY would be too dense for reliable mmwave comms. But why is the DoD silent? Again, because in a scenario where we have a threat of a dirty bomb and the public doesn’t yet know, the DoD needs to know how the public would react if these drones were deployed to sweep a city.

“What many don’t realize is that Ukraine is the reason we’re here. That was the first time we deployed them in a combat zone, but make no mistake, they’re for protecting the homeland, as the DoD bought hundreds of thousands to act as swarms capable of sweeping a city.”

Not sure how he knows it’s a test, though, and that they’re not actually hunting for something.

  23. This FAA notice was also cited on that X post. The flight restrictions over New Jersey began on November 25 and will end on December 26. So maybe this really is all a test. If it is, they’re starting it right before Thanksgiving and ending it right after Christmas. Worst timing ever.

    1. It is the Soviets/Russia which should disarm, not Ukraine, for a lasting peace for Ukraine to be possible.

    2. Peace diplomacy is to the “good cop” as terrorism is to the “bad cop” counter part or alter ego of the diplomat. We see that happening in Syria with Al-Golani being obviously in the tank to advance the “stick” side of the “carrot” side of their diplomacy

You always know a Marxist when he neglects mentioning the alter ego to any movement. It is a scam. There always is an unconscious opposite the conscious. Besides, peace is not made just like we do not make love (making peace and love), peace is a simple state where people trade peacefully because of a situation promoting it. Peace is not the creator of wealth and whatever, peace is the product, not the generator. It is a symptom, a sign, not a signified.

  25. So it would seem that my own comments via Dr. Paul Alexander’s recent Substack account has now gone 8-some hours without any response.
Which reinforces my belief that the “commenter” “Awake Not Woke” is a disinformation bot…

    1. Substack is even worse than WordPress when it comes to censorship.

  26. Trevor Loudon just wrote an awesome article on another hidden front of communism: Leftist terrorism that will explode worse than Black Lives Matter.

      1. Sorry, I made a typo. It should have been “published” but written by Cliff Kincaid

  27. So, these r just some random questions and you may choose not to answer. No offense will be taken: But what are the meanings of those AI pics? Like who is the blurred guy behind Putin and Trump- if anyone specific? What do the frequent pigs mean? And what is the orb thing that Putin is touching, a blog or so back?

    1. The AI makes these images from suggestion I make. It’s not easy to get a picture you want. The pigs are all the businessmen and politicians in the West doing business with Russian and China. I am not sure what orb you mean, but I tried to show Putin contemplating the nuclear button. AI art is not easy to use.

  28. I just noticed the comment “…much like the Chinese communist party deems anyone with “slanted eyes” to owe loyalty to the party.” Does that mean that they deem me to owe loyalty to the CCP? I have the Asian “slanted eyes”. I was born with them. My daughter-in-law, who is ABC (American Born Chinese), commented “No wonder all three of your sons have Asian eyes.” Here I thought my ancestry was European. LOL!

    1. Sorry that racist remark got by me, R.O. I am fed up with trolls.

(Note: please ignore any anti-US or anti-Ukraine rhetoric or implications in this article.)

    1. That article makes certain assumptions that are falsifiable. That is assuming present production capability. World War II proved that assumption false. New factories can be built. Old factories reopened. Factories making civilian products can be switched over to making war materials. And so forth. There just needs to be the will to make it happen.

      1. @R.O.

Did you forget decades of commie works to implement strict laws on environment, labor, and so forth to weaken our industrialization in the US? The EU is far worse with all commies obeying the UN Agendas on green and other socialist experiments.

We can’t recreate the same industrialization back in the 1970s, let’s alone the 1940s. The federal to state laws are so rigid in our systems now, and they’re almost impossible to repeal. I have worked in industrial manufacturing, and the top complains from our investors are on the overregulation and ridiculous bureaucracy that prevent any manufacturing to truly succeed. If you want to heavy manufacturing or any manufacturing that deals with dangerous substances (very crucial for high-end weaponry), then you should expect 10-20 years to obtain permits at minimum.

Let’s not also forget labor force! Our labor force has been diminishing in past years due to low birth rate. However, the ongoing opioid crisis is the worst and most efficient method from communists to kill the most capable people in US workforce. It has devastated the American rural heartland and Sun Belt which were largely responsible for American war production machine during WW2.

    1. This article raises an additional possibility as to the origin of the drones.

    2. What if there is some sort of gov’t operation ongoing AND the Chinese are taking the opportunity to train their paramilitary troops simultaneously. Both could be happening at once. It would be the perfect cover.

@JanelleLaTrouvere thank you for posting this– I was on PJ Media just an hour or two ago and totally missed this story! A very underrated & overlooked site IMO.

      1. You’re welcome. Yes, it is a great site that I read regularly.

      2. “What if there is some sort of gov’t operation ongoing AND the Chinese are taking the opportunity to train their paramilitary troops simultaneously. Both could be happening at once. It would be the perfect cover”.

@K: Interesting thought. Also, quite disturbing.

    1. Our government gives promotions to murderers; it’s sick. Also, that officer is a greedy SOB–pardon my french.

    1. Dugin matter-of factly informs us that Georgescu will be the new president of Romania, and that Romania will be part of the Russia-aligned bloc. In an earlier comment on X he also said, that no matter which way Moldova goes, whether it unites with Romania or formally draws closer to Moscow, it will end up in the Russian sphere of influence. Then later he predicts that Moldova will soon unite with Romania.

Interesting. Does Moscow know something the rest of the world doesn’t, like when in 1989 the Soviet press knew a major “revolution” would take place in Romania before anything happened? Unfortunately, it seems that the pro-union movement in Romania and Moldova has been infiltrated by Russian agents, and if a union were to take place it would only serve as vindication of the fake pumped-up nationalism that has been cleverly built-up by their Securitate allies. Anyway, I doubt a real political union between a EU and non-EU country could take place so quickly, but the start of such a discussion would serve as an interesting backdrop to peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, if other neighboring countries were to participate in the negotiations. I could see a successful bribery scenario unfolding, where Romania, Moldova, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland are either promised pieces of Ukrainian territory (which would act as a massive boost of the pro-Russia “nationalist” parties) or some other lucrative financial and trade arrangement, in return for supporting Russia’s demands in the peace negotiations. This scenario will create the appearance of (and actual) disunity in Europe, while visibly projecting Russian power deep into the heart of the continent.

    1. Finally, an American writer paying attention to what’s going on in Europe. That should happen more often, but sadly, it doesn’t. We in the U.S., IMO, can learn a lot from what transpires over there, especially the negative stuff, like the above news story.
