Drawing from Hegel, Karl Marx once remarked that “all facts and personages of great importance in world history occur, as it were, twice. He forgot to add: the first time as tragedy, the second as farce.” He then compared the rise of Napoleon I to the rise of Napoleon III. We might attempt a similar comparison, between leaders of the American Civil War era and those on the left who continually talk of civil war.
Men do indeed make their own history, and now we are told to add radical feminists and transgenders to the list of those who make their own history. And, unlike men, radical feminists and transgenders make history as they please. Their belief in a future socialist utopia weighs on the sleeping world like a nightmare. And just when these geniuses of “hope and change” seem most engaged in revolutionizing things and themselves, in creating something that has never existed, they blast their opponents as fascists. They demonize those who resist as Luther once demonized the Pope. They advance as if they were the Union Army of 1861-1865, meeting out apocalyptic destruction to America’s “deplorables” by “trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored.”
Compared with those who fought for freedom in centuries past, however, our socialist liberators are actors, perhaps even comedians. They would ape Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant and the Abolitionists of the 1860s, with an emphasis on “ape.” Their egalitarian borrowings from Lincoln are but low parody as they liken gender confusion to African chattel slavery. Why must they always be “liberating” people who are not in chains? Is it neurosis? Are they bored? In place of the wisdom of our Founding Fathers, these actors advocate Critical Race Theory, global warming, and a regime of weird pronoun preferences. They forward these items because there isn’t really anyone left to liberate.
The socialists of America, flying the colors of the Democratic Party, have created inside America mechanisms for overthrowing capitalism. These mechanisms include, but are not limited to: (1) opening the southern border to millions of illegal aliens, (2) reducing domestic energy production, (3) inflating the currency and (4) guaranteeing national bankruptcy by overextending government largesse to the able-bodied.
It seems the American border is to be swept away, along with the American middle class. A new social formation, predicated on racial animus toward white people, is being weaponized. Once this new social formation is established, socialism will be armed with a fighting constituency built from transgenders, gays, women, minorities and immigrants. This is the Program of the Communist Party USA, which describes itself as “The Road to Socialism.” It is communism’s formula for waging a victorious civil war in America.
The communists and socialists see themselves cast in the mold of William Lloyd Garrison, Charles Henry Langston, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Frederick Douglass, and Abraham Lincoln himself. Socialism, in its drunken unreality, has begotten its own deceptive interpreters and mouth-pieces in the Clintons, Obamas, and Bidens — not to mention Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, and Kamala Harris; its military leaders have promoted Critical Race Theory inside the armed forces, under the hog-headed Lloyd Austin. Wholly absorbed in the pursuit of power through disinformation and election fraud, these “leaders” forgot that the ghosts of the American Civil War were watching over their cradle. As venal and corrupt as they are, they forgot that the Union was preserved and slavery ended in the Civil War by heroism, sacrifice, bloodshed, and the clash of armies. Forgetting the profound moral seriousness of those who fought the American Civil War, these clownish frauds have concealed from themselves their cowardice and infantilism. It is the infantilism of Big Government with its ever-filled purse of “free” goodies. That this purse is almost empty, that they will be hanged for the universal bankruptcy they have set in motion, does not register with them. They are oblivious to the danger they have been courting, from abroad and at home.
With all this, could they really depict themselves as Great Emancipators? Even as Cromwell and his army borrowed from the Old Testament to make a revolution against King Charles, America’s socialists will borrow from the American Civil War to puff themselves out. Although Lincoln was a Republican, we have long had leftist filmmakers like Ken Burns and the late Ed Asner framing the Gettysburg Address for the rising socialist generation. But will this work?
As Dale Kretz of Jacobin Magazine explained, “The U.S. Civil war was a revolutionary upheaval that crushed slavery and stoked hopes of a broader emancipation against the rule of property. We should draw on this memory today for struggles against racism and capitalism.” (04.06.2022) More than a hundred years ago, the leader of the American Socialist Party, Eugene V. Debs, was dubbed “the second Great Emancipator.” And so, the American socialist has long hid his commonplace repulsive features under the death mask of Abraham Lincoln. A generation raised to see history as a confirmation of Marxist theory, might well mistake the rail-splitter from Illinois for a closeted homosexual socialist. They project onto Lincoln their own values and opinions, and their hankering for the fleshpots of Gomorrah. In doing this, they have attempted to make history a parody. Yet, they are the parody.
The America Civil War was a tragedy, but as our socialist clowns would make a civil war, it would be farce — Whoopi Goldberg for Harriet Beecher Stowe, George Floyd and the summer riots of 2020 for John Brown and bloody Kansas, January 6 for the Confederate attack on Fort Sumter, Kamala Harris for Abraham Lincoln, and Donald Trump for Jefferson Davis. Whatever tragedies grow out of this comedy, much depends on Moscow and Beijing. Are the great communist powers in a position to exploit their clownish American friends?
The Russian Revolution, like all the socialist revolutions, stormed swiftly from success to dizzying success (as Stalin bragged); but in the end, there was only grinding poverty, a police state, and the gulag. With this dismal history kept out of view, perfectly oblivious to their own suicidal course, America’s socialists have always managed to sabotage themselves. At present, all they can do is recycle the same empty platitudes, the same nihilistic cynicism, the same anti-market vitriol. Nothing ever changes with these people. Of course, our socialists have yet to taste the unlimited power the Bolsheviks enjoyed in Russia. They dream and dream again, inching toward a regime that will despoil the middle class and open the way to a regime of absolute plunder. What they have failed to remember is that they are also children of the middle class. They are also bourgeois. They are not Russian or Chinese; rather, they share in the pathological softness of consumer society. Ultimately they will be forced to recognize the brutality of the Chinese and Russian regimes. But the real question is: How long will it take them to recognize the danger they represent to themselves?
When Biden quit the presidential race and opened the way for Kamala Harris on 2nd Thermidor (July 21), he handed the presidency to someone who is more openly socialist in her opinions than anyone who has run for President. Now we will see if half the country really wants socialism. Now we will see how effective our socialist educators have been in their management of grades K-12. All the same, Kamala Harris can never step into George Washington’s shoes because those shoes would swallow her. How would this wicked Lilliputian climb out of Washington’s shoe once she fell in?

They don’t realize (or perhaps some do) that they will have to become brutal in their actions toward their friends and family members who reject communism. They seem willing to condemn those whom they love to the Gulags; to the new Lubyanka prisons; to the terrors of the new Red Guard.
And, as you wrote and Yuri Bezmenov stated, they have idea how much danger they are in, even as they reject the truth until the boot of the gulag guard has made contact with their posteriors. Then perhaps they will realize the evil that they have supported.

Peter: Yes. What has happened is tragic, and I suspect it is related to an intellectual failure. The left’s way of talking has become as silly as their way of thinking is muddled. Perhaps it is the interplay of disturbed emotions. Even if you are raised in this nonsense, a thinking person should be able to shake it off.
I think perhaps it’s the result of a conscious or unconscious denial of the creative source of love that gave birth to the universe. For a multitude of reasons, God has become persona non grata, which leaves people with a logical black hole that cannot be filled by any set of rationalizations or excuses. With the collapse of “source logic,” anti-theists are left with “muddled silliness,” as you stated.
But worse, they are left with destructive theories and impulses that are entirely disconnected from the sacredness of the original love of the Creator; the love that gave birth to the classical virtues that are now abandoned. I don’t know if any of this tragic mess can be healed without a reconnection to the Creator of Love.
Even as there is destruction, there is creation and there is healing. The bad times will come, and after that, good times will return.
I have been wondering for a while: How much do your colleagues at the Committee of the Present Danger: China recognize that Russia is still fundamentally communist, that China and Russian have been in league for a long time, and that China and Russia intend to unleash the one clenched fist against America.
I think some of them do understand this, but there is a reluctance to say so among those who disagree. And there are many influential people who do not — and will not — agree to lumping China and Russia together.
Hopefully people will start waking up soon.

I can imagine it, and I have sometimes heard rumblings. But I am not sure which way most people will turn — depending on the circumstances and influences at play. There seems to be an disconnect in many people. I am not sure what is happening. Are they disconnecting from the world, or from reality itself? I am sure this has been going on for a long time, only now it is becoming more noticeable to me. Does anyone else see it?
Disconnect is the impression provided; while the actual action is building our resolve and preparing. I have participated in the disconnect for decades. At this time singing the songs of angry men leads only to identification as a target, marginalization, and political retribution. Best to maintain an active presence, accumulate assets and information, and participate in ways which effect their failure. It is a task not suited to most and a skill difficult to obtain. An occasional angry refrain at opportune events, documented and supported by policy and data, can have exacting effect. But damn it’s a hard road.
If your neighbors routinely sing in the keys of rifle ammunition, yes I hear and sing the song frequequently. Tis the sound of peace and liberty.

There is this guy called Brandon Biggs who prophecies the future. After Trump assassination attempt I saw people sharing his video in Twitter because he had seen many months ago that Trump would be hit to ear. And that is not all. He also said Lord also told him that there would be record breaking temperatures in Chicago, which also happened. According to google search it has been almost 70 years since last time records were broken. And it has been something like 45 years since the last time US President was wounded by shooting. And he told both of these were going to happen, and then they actually did: during the same Summer of 2024.
Anyways, I became interested and listened. He also prophecies wider war in Europe, war in Middle East and Pacific, and some kind of economic collapse in America and Europe. BRICS countries becoming strong economically. I don’t know how that would be possible. US and Europe economies are still so much bigger than BRICS countries. But I remember you mentioning Jan Sejna and some Soviet plans of making US economy weak, right? And today you also mentioned this combination of self destructive policies in US: Open Border, Green Policy, Inflation and.. Welfare, is it? So they are trying to ruin US economy.

According to one website, Biggs said, “Then I saw an attempt on his life. This bullet flew by his ear, and it came so close to his head that it busted his eardrum.” There is no news of Trump’s eardrum busting, so I would be resistant to accepting this particular assassination attempt as a fulfillment of Biggs’ prophecy.
Understandable. But we also have to tell the difference between what he said Lord told him and what he say he saw in a vision. Eye witness testimony is a similar situation: people try to describe a visual experience with words, the best they can. Record breaking temperature was something he says Lord told him. Bullet is something he said he saw in a vision.
Now I don’t know how these visions look like since I have never received one. Maybe they have Hollowood-tier special effects including instant zoom inside the ear capturing the tearing of the eardrum. Or maybe he saw blood coming from the ear and the rest was his own thinking and interpretation.
In the Old Testament, the criteria was 100% accurate, or they were a false prophet. It seems that false prophecy can be a lucrative scam, and I think Nicklas is right that the false prophets likely outweigh the real prophets by a very large amount. Anyone who makes a lot of predictions will get close on a few of them.
So, it might be reasonable that someone might misinterpret blood on the ear in a vision as having one cause instead of the true cause (although you would think one would be more careful and just say there was blood on the ear), but if he has a history of making false predictions, as Niklas claims below, I would be very suspicious.
It’s spooky to relate something in advance so close to what happened.
I stumbled upon Brandon Biggs a while ago. Have to write I’m not sure about him. Apparently he has a history of making wrong predictions. Mixed with things that has happened and things that are in line with what others has said.
I have noted that there are many people putting out prophecies now. It has increased a lot over the years. Some seems to be reliable, many not. If they are affiliated with the lunatic fringe in the church I’m skeptical. The lunatic fringe includes, but are not limited to the, prosperity gospel, word of faith, New Apostolic Reformation and the Seven Mountains (Dominionism). It doesn’t necessarily include all people in these streams of christianity.
I wonder if we aren’t approaching a situation like what faced Elijah on Mount Carmel. One true prophet vs 450 false ones.

I think Ukrainian top officials are a little shortsighted and unable to see the unity of purposes of Russia and China. They still hope that China will influence Russia to stop the war, which I don’t think will happen. Also Taiwan was very supportive of Ukraine, and it was somewhat ungrateful not to support their independence. I also agree that Taiwan is a distraction and not the main purpose of China’s military preparations.
All countries that trade with China are compelled to support China’s position on Taiwan (i.e., that Taiwan is part of China). This is a technicality that the U.S. also observes, but it is practically meaningless. China will not open relations with a country that has diplomatic relations with Taiwan. So, we have to understand that this hypocrisy regarding China is universally observed. Ukraine is not taking China’s side against Taiwan in kowtowing. Everyone does it. It used to be that South Africa did not recognize China, maintaining its relations with Taiwan. But then the ANC took over and China was recognized. I do not know if there are any countries, anywhere, that do not have diplomatic relations with China.
I didn’t know this about everybody having to accept Taiwan as part of China. Thank you, for explaining. But they still try to influence Russia with the help of China, which I don’t think will work. Yet who knows what I would do in their place. I guess you have to try everything to stop unnecessary deaths.
I do not know what the Ukrainian strategy is with China. I think they are warning China that any Russian attempt to cause a nuclear incident at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station could have long-term impact on China’s future grain imports from the region. China will be needing Ukraine as a supplier to Africa if only to keep global prices down. China is a major food exporter when it suffers major crop losses.
As far as full diplomatic relations, recognizing the RoC government as the legitimate China, there are only 11 UN member states and the Vatican which recognize them. Several countries switched to PRC recognition in the last decade mostly because of the foreign aid Red China was willing to bribe them with.

Jeff, Jennifer Zeng has reported that Xi Jinping may have suffered a stroke recently (as has not been seen publicly for a while) and that there may have been a shift of power in China, ie, Xi himself has been forced to give up some of his dictatorial control.
Can you confirm these reports with your sources and/or colleagues? Any further updates or details?
Giorgia Melony, the Italian Prime Minister, was in China just a few days ago and met publicly with Xi Jinping. I think that Jennifer Zeng’s unfounded suspicion (even in China, the political caste does not appear in public every day) has been dispelled.

Ms. Li of Li’s Real Talk is also reporting some strange signs in the Chinese press that something has happened to Xi. She says he is “lying flat” (keeping a low profile). It could be there is a game of cat and mouse, where different factions are trying to kill each other. That is why leaders sometimes go into hiding. This happened in the Soviet Union after the death of Stalin, in China after the death of Mao, and during the conspiracy and death of Lin Biao in 1971. If Xi is dead or on the way out, a real crisis could develop in China. The Communist Party is more and more desperate. War is a path to unity, and this is very dangerous for us.

Funny you should ask about the Russian fleet. These large exercises are very important for training and large-scale operations. It means that Russia is serious about training its sailors. We also know that Russian combat units are performing better in Ukraine. The officers and artillery crews are gaining experience every day. Russia is learning the art of modern war in a way the West may not be learning. They are paying for these lessons in blood while we are slow to learn new lessons from the Ukraine War.

You have surely heard of Mr. Guo Wengui before, so I won’t need to make an introduction of him for you. It appears he (and Jiang Zemin) were aware of COVID-19’s true origins. Please check out the unlisted YouTube video linked below. It is dated 28 September 2019, some two months before first COVID cases started being detected. It has been on the site as it is for years, and it was not unlisted in the beginning.

The things being alluded to are stunning. As shown in the video, Jiang Zemin apparently foresaw that the world and China would soon be plunged into complete chaos by something planned by Xi’s faction.

”He’s going to bury 1.4 billion people!”
”They are playing big this time, they are playing the devil here, something is wrong with their minds!”
It could all just be some kind of a coincidence, but these are sure some interesting quotes to be made right before COVID hit.
There is a possibility that Guo had heard of a lab leak incident very early on, and made up this story to make it look like what was coming was completely intentional in order to damage the CCP for his own ends. The alternative to that is something straight out of Chi Haotian’s speech.
Guo probably heard about the planned release of the virus ahead of time, and he was not supposed to say anything. But he probably could not resist a chance to be a prophet. Perhaps this is the real reason he is in jail. He was not supposed to say this kind of thing in advance.
This is exact. Guo Wengui was the representative of Jiang faction until he went out of bound for being prophetic. Many of his predictions came true. He predicted that Putin went to China around the Chinese Olympics to seek support for Ukraine invasion in 2022, as an example. He also said that China asked Russia to extend the Ukraine War to help the ailing Chinese economy.
Guo Wengui is the agent of Chinese Trust Operation but very twisted. His faction seeks to develop their Jiang Zemin’s version of communism as opposed to Xi Jinping’s Maoist Stalinism.

I also watched a recent interview with Erik Prince. This guy was close to the Trump administration years ago and he is another example of Mr. Fannel’s comments and ties in to comments made here of Guo Wengui.
Erik Prince has spent considerable time and efforts distancing himself from his Blackwater days. However, he’s still involved in some pretty suspicious business dealings today. Spends time lobbying our federal government to privatize war efforts, ie private armies. Has partnered with Lital Leshem (Israeli intelligence) to sell defense technology to the U.S. through a company named Comframe Solutions. Involved in Chinese state owned companies through his Frontier Services Group with a lot of ties to China/Africa investments. Prince also has ties to exiled Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui, aka Miles Guo.
Anyone working with Guo is suspect in my book.

Suffice to say, I regard him and his group with suspicion – though I have not suffered to visit his silly website in years, where he was fond of displaying his many expensive toys. Is there any confirmation or strong evidence that he is a false defector, or that his (presumptuously-named) ‘New Federal State of China’ is a controlled opposition group?

Guo has always been a terrifying gangster who even backstabbed his political ally for the Chinese Ministry of State Security. It raised a possibility on the fake collapse of USSR was being a ploy to default or refuse paying debts for international creditors. Lenin and his Bolsheviks have always been the masters of deception who tried all means of living “rent-free” without any obligation. They were bank robbers after all!!!
Aside of setting the collapse to fool the West and install communist agents at highest positions in the world, could the fake collapse of USSR was to erase all debts and financial obligations that Lenin and his bands of thieves started. I am surprised that Golitsyn never talked about the financial situations of USSR. It would also make a perfect sense on why the USSR’s leaders staged a fake collapse. There are many American elites floating the idea of faking the collapse of USA into 50 nations to erase our debts.
I do not think the USSR made out well in terms of money at the end. Germany gave the largest sums, but the U.S. and other countries held back. The Russians were disappointed in the totals. As for debt relief, I do not think Russia had debts that were that significant at the time. The Russian economy is quite small by Western calculations.
However, Russians received tremendous technological transfers from the fake collapse. It wasn’t monetary but it was highly important for Russia to accelerate its One Clenched Fist in military technologies.
I was thinking more about debts that USSR owed to individuals, private companies and any non-national entity. Those debts are largely hidden from public knowledge. It was well known that Imperial German intelligence and some Jewish socialists privately financed the Bolsheviks until Lenin bamboozled them all. Only a handful of suckers still support Leninism to this day, and most of these suckers are Germans who probably forgave all debts to Russia/ussr.

I wish it were so simple, so I disagree. As Plato pointed out, you can’t kill an idea, and history has shown that you can’t kill all the people who hold those ideas. I was once persuaded to buy “Rules for Radicals” by Saul Alinsky with the admonition that we should use the same tactics. But I found out that I couldn’t use those tactics because one does not get moral results by using immoral means. Central to his tactics are dishonesty and hate.
Our tactics must treat people with honor, respect and love. Our purpose is to win win our foes to our side, if possible. Right now our war is a war of ideas, not kinetic. When the fight is kinetic, different rules apply, that don’t apply right now. We also need to use wisdom, answering our foes in such a way that they don’t bamboozle us or our listeners.

I think there is coordination between the countries of the Russia-China Axis. The point was recently made by the Hoover Institution “Goodfellows” group. The reason Trump and Vance are changing their position on Ukraine is due to the fact that they are seeing direct intelligence of coordination between China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, etc. There is no splitting Russia off from China. I only recall Joe Lindsley mentioning (on Silicon Curtain) that Vance tweeted in support of Poland’s defense (which got extreme backlash), and then he was able to somehow calm the dogs by explaining himself. Speaker Johnson stated that he had seen the intel about what Russia had done in Ukraine, seemingly taking note once enough people told him about how Ukrainian Protestants/Baptists/non-RU-Orthodox were being persecuted in the occupied territories. That’s apparently what it took to convince him.
He, Vance, and others had scoffed at “the intel” at earlier points, and the MTG types went on their usual rants about how “the intel” was a lie and that Johnson was compromised or victim of mind-control or something.
Vance, true to his theatrically-prepared face, made a point of storming out of Ukraine-related briefings and making snide remarks about corruption, “beach houses, yachts” during hearings that dismantled Russian propaganda.
They refused any trips to Ukraine, thinking that they would only be shown what would make Ukraine look good, only receiving briefings that would paint Ukraine sympathetically, etc.
These characters were more than willing to dismiss credible information as “THE CORRUPT LIES” for years, but all of a sudden, they believe the intel community? They now trust “spooks” they claim to hate and oppose?
Trump is probably the only one in the bunch, whose pandering to his base and waffling makes any sort of sense, because he has a track record to save himself.
Johnson wasn’t pro-Ukraine very much until April, and Vance only recently realized just how much heat there was when he supposedly voiced support of Poland and got burned.
The other time Vance felt this heat was when he acknowledged his wife was under attack from those to his right – the same people whose votes he tried to court with the sarcastic advertisement “Are you a racist? Do you hate Mexicans?”.

It all seems very perplexing until you factor in the theatricality of modern politics, as you alluded with regards to Vance. We have a very vocal and over-the-top Republican minority pushing the Russian line on the one hand, and on the other hand Republican politicians and higher-ups ostentatiously pandering to this minority in a desperate bid to get their support. Trevor Loudon mentioned a few times how, based on private conversations with Republican office holders, they were feeling the pressure to bow down to this minority even if they were pro-Ukraine. So yes, there is a large element of insincerity in politics and the tendency to bow down to the lowest (or loudest) common denominator. Based on what Jeff’s inside sources are saying, some politicians are smarter than they appear but are just unwilling to say it publicly. The real test will be whether Trump and co. are willing to act on their newfound beliefs once the election is out of the way. Adjacent to that is whether Trump can quietly push the acceptance of a more hawkish foreign policy among Republican leaders. The irony in all this is that probably the one thing Russian machinations can’t overcome is Trump worship; if he were to set his mind to it he could completely discredit and obliterate Russian propaganda on the right.

As they are criminals, in truth, and not regular soldiers, unconventional means are used, which include counter-strikes that kill leaders. It does not end the conflict, but only disrupts the criminals for a time. They always reorganize under new leaders. As for negotiating with criminals, this should never be done. Of course i have been in Riga last month and i don’t know if you know it but actually 60% of the population is russian so it attracts many many people from the former soviet republics. I was very suprised to hear a lot of russian in the city. To sum it up they told me more or less the same. They know that their countries are still controlled by Russia (Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in this case) and they have a “strange feeling” for the future, this was the reason they left their countries (please keep in mind that they are russians btw 20-25 years old). They know Russia is preparing for war and by the way they were very surprised that i knew it. They told me that in the West we are completley underestimating the problem. They also tried to convince their family to come in the eurpean union, but as you probabvly know it’s not easy. What else, they told me Russia is a third world country, it was and it is a comunist ruled country so they know all this without reading Golytsin. They also told me that many Russians from Russia are or were investing (so it seems it’s still possible) in the real estate sector in Latvia to protect their wealth and if their sons are recruited in the army to let them escape there. Riga is a nice city, very clean with a growing IT sector. I think that the key reason why many russians there support Ukraine is beacause they know from their parents, or relatives they have in Russia what it means to stay under their “direct” control. In Poland more or less the same but it was sad to observe that in Krakow there was more people for the Hamas/Palestina meetings than for the ukraionians. In Latvia support is still strong and no Hamas or Palestina meetings. It was also funny for me to see that many Russians are against LGBT, Woke culture, global warming and so on. A completly different world. In september i will stay for a couple of weeks in Belgrad (i am very curious) and than probably return back to the Baltics.

The last paragraph is surprising. Also surprising is that there’s only 24% favorable view of Russia among Republicans despite all the big-name personalities who are shilling for the Kremlin. But unfortunately that 24% translated to over half of House R’s voting against the Ukraine aid bill, with even Trump having to court the favor of this minority. Republicans who get their news from Twitter, TikTok, OAN (Fox News is right at the average) or personalities like Joe Rogan, T. Carlson, C. Owens etc. are more likely to have a favorable view of Russia. Rogan, who is not even a conservative, is the biggest single contributor to this phenomenon.

To your knowledge, is there anyone else on the net writing from the same viewpoint you have on Russia? I am dismayed there are so called conservative sites that have been spewing Russian propaganda. One of the most popular sites, on the pro-Russian side, is The Gateway Pundit. Sadly, they used to be Pro-Ukraine.
Gateway Pundit has long spread slanders helpful to the Russians even before they were overtly taking Russia’s part against Ukraine. At least three patriotic individuals (who I spoke with at length) were slandered by Gateway Pundit prior to 2022 invasion of Ukraine. The slandering of these individuals helped Russia, though these individuals are largely unknown to the public and hardly anyone would understand the reasons for destroying their reputations. If one has a nose, then one smells a rat without knowing who the particular rat is. Behind the scenes, there has been a lot of intrigue in Republican/conservative circles. People have no idea; but in all such matters, the details are tiresome and particular, the personalities private and the issues complex.
The enemy is constantly weeding the Republican side, ever watchful for threats — for people who have plans that may hurt Russian interests.

You are saying it wasn’t just a case of Russian agents throwing around money and appealing to family values, in fact long before the overt turn to Russia they were carefully and methodically weeding out (by discrediting) any voices deemed unhelpful to Russia. And from the outside everything looked normal and barely anyone noticed. Was anyone else aware of this takeover and wrote about it?
Laura: Even the people I met who were inexplicably destroyed were initially baffled by the attacks. They did not understand why people previously regarded as friends would stab them in the back, why publications would write slanderous articles about them — out of the blue. They were shaken, disturbed, and fled into isolation. For over a year I had conversations with these people, whose cases interested me because I suspected they had been set up. And then, after a year, I found the motive in one of the cases, then a motive in another case. In one case it related to Russian gas exports and a possible loss to Moscow if a certain man got his plans accepted (prior to the Russian invasion of Ukraine). The other cases came into focus as I connected the actors behind the slanders to anti-Ukraine propaganda. These were people who would naturally have supported Ukraine against Russia. One of the persons was a former intelligence officer who had done great damage to Russian infiltration efforts in Europe. He really did hurt them. And he was slandered by the exact same set of people that the others were. The Gateway Pundit figured large in all three cases. Piece by piece, as I assembled their background, I saw the pattern, each had either harmed Russia or could have harmed Russia if nobody stopped them. Of course, these are people who do not want publicity, and their privacy must be respected. There is a fourth person, who worked for the government at a high level, whose case was particularly difficult to understand. He wrote a manuscript to vindicate himself which no publisher will touch. When you are personally hurt by something, and your career is destroyed, most People assume that a personal enemy, lurking in the shadows, is responsible. But personal enemies cannot coordinate attacks the way these people were destroyed. Everything here resembles Bella Dodd’s “School of Darkness.” The whispering begins first, then slanderous notes or dossiers, then articles published by the yellow blogosphere.
How does one prove these cases were part of a Russian active measures campaign? Proof is a rare thing in this area. In strategic terms, you know you are watching a game when the same players repeated the same kind of actions, again and again, targeting Russia’s enemies. And then, when these same actors take a pro-Russian line themselves after the Ukraine invasion, the whole thing becomes clear. Furthermore, as a general rule, Russian operatives do not want intelligent and independent actors, and people of integrity, to foul up their plans. Anyone who might catch onto the game must be excluded BEFORE the big operation begins. I must conclude, after working on this angle for a year, that Russian operatives prefer people who are socially inept, credulous, and ignorant about Russia. The problem with real espionage is the difficulty in establishing the truth before a public that has no taste for detail and no discernment.
In the end, you are left with what you know, and what the other fellow has come to understand. The wider world cannot be trusted to understand.

The tipping point may have been reached in the UK. several writers are predicting civil war, and the population may well turn against the Police. Police often don’t realize just how vulnerable they are to anger of the people they supposedly police, and just how swiftly they themselves could be the policed. This is one of the most dangerous communist operations, because it is very secret and it is being run by the communists within the government law enforcement and justice system, and the citizens are also being prepared to learn to report on each other, to report various political differences to the police, or to make certain that such like opinions are recorded and analyzed by the communists (even when the communists still operate in secrecy and under the protection of their official government authority).

Ukraine has a very active Office of Digitization. It includes a big wind turbine effort. They hope to serve all of Europe, post-war, with green energy and they’re building turbines even while the war proceeds.
Overall, they hope to be a first example of the Great Reset after the war ceases and re-building begins. Western contractors are presently preparing for a major effort.
